  • 2016 Albariño
The aromatics on this wine are a symphony of fresh fruit & mineral notes. Aromas of pear, white nectarine & crisp peach intermingle and are unified by a bright minerality & freshly cut green grass. The palate has a comfortable roundness up front and is swept away by a kiwi-laced acidity on the finish.
  • 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
This is one of our darkest Cabernet Sauvignons ever. On the nose this wine has depth with black currant, tobacco and dried herbs. On the palate black cherry, dark chocolate and dried sage are balanced with ample tannin and a long, lingering finish. This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon with its harmonious blend of full-bodied fruit, luscious tannins & well-integrated acidity and shows how well our two Paso Robles vineyards work in a blend.
  • 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon 1.5L
In 2013, we encouraged tannin development alongside dark fruit notes, creating a wine that masterfully balances fresh fruit expression with complexity and length. Ripened plum and black cherry on the nose accented by carnations and rose. Savory fennel cuts through sweet notes of vanilla bean, creating a luscious and enticing aroma. The palate is intensely gratifying, with a soft entry and full finish that melds tannin with rich fruit.
  • 2014 Chardonnay
With abundant personality on the nose and a rich yet vibrant palate, this wine is the definition of balance. Brioche, yellow peach & caramel aromas prelude a silken mouthfeel that showcases pear & cream notes elicited from lees stirring this wine received in barrel.
  • 2015 Chardonnay
With abundant personality on the nose and a rich yet vibrant palate, this wine is the definition of balance. Brioche, yellow peach & caramel aromas prelude a silken mouthfeel that showcases pear & cream notes elicited from lees stirring this wine received in barrel.
  • 2014 Club 9 Red
This wine will be your partner-in-crime at every summertime patio BBQ. The aromatics meander from dark molasses, caramel & brown sugar to blackberry & dried blueberry. The palate is broad & expansive with tannins that don’t quit. Decant this wine to fully enjoy - we dare you to have just one glass.
  • Club 9 White Blend
This rich white wine is the perfect companion to Holiday meals and has aromas of dried pineapple & candied ginger. The palate has a roundness to it outlined by lime zest & fresh-squeezed lemon that transitions into a lemon-meringue pie finish.
  • 2013 Fog Catcher 1.5L
Rich & glamourous in totality, the components of this wine were meticulously blended to create a dark and dense blend starring the best fruit from our vintage. Dark aromas of sarsaparilla, ink & black cherry on the nose are contrasted by whispers of vanilla & blackberry. The palate is gilded with lush tannin and dark chocolate notes and illustrates the aging potential of this powerful blend.
  • 2015 Grenache
This created a wine that was more focused on earth and spice notes than fruit. We aged the wine in large-format Puncheon barrels for calculated oak impact and slow wine development. The end result has savory notes of brushy sage, smoke & black licorice. The sweetness of red hot candies amplifies the delicate red fruit characteristic that Grenache is known for.
  • 2014 Malbec
This wine is dark, dense and purple. On the nose hints of violet, rosemary and white smoke entice. The palate shows ripe, dark fruit seamlessly integrates with mouthwatering acidity resulting in an opulent and juicy red wine. This wine is built to age so if you’re going to drink it now we recommend decanting for a few hours before serving to fully allow the layers to emerge.
  • 2014 Pinot Noir
Rich and layered on the palate, this wine is on the decadent side of what Jespersen Ranch Pinot Noir is capable of. Cherry pie & blueberry com- pote aromas are contrasted by delicate rose, dried tea and toasty baking spices. The palate transitions effortlessly from bright fruit to smooth tannins and an opulent finish.
  • 2015 Pinot Noir
When you pour a glass of this wine the aromatics are proudly Pinot Noir and show off raspberry and dried cranberry notes draped over brushy herbs, sarsaparilla and tobacco. The palate is effortless in its transition from fruit to earthy spice and finishes with bright acidity.
  • 2014 Reserve Cabernet Franc
We normally start tasting notes with aromatics but the star of this wine is the palate. It is focused and linear as it enters your mouth, bursting with blackberry & dark cherry notes, and a long bell curve of green pepper and age-worthy tannins at the end leaves your tastebuds intrigued.
  • 2014 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
A complex nose of black cherry, leather and spice leads to a seductively dense palate of dark fudge, dried black cherry and smoke. These classic flavors are contrasted by the slightest hint of grilled fennel and an uncompromising finish that is testament to the high-quality fruit we get off this ranch.
  • 2014 Reserve Carménère
The varietal has an inherent charred green bell pepper characteristic that defines our winemaking approach. But it isn’t one dimensional – it offers juicy fruit & dark caramel notes in addition to green aromas. Think of street tacos topped with some freshly shaved bell pepper, lightly charred tomatillo & blackberry salsa. Seriously – smell this wine and try not to crave carne asada. This wine has such a savory dominant nose that you expect the palate to follow through in a similar way but juicy blackberry & blueberry flavors take over on a full palate that melts slowly away and leaves you wondering why more wines don’t taste like this.
  • 2014 Reserve Marsanne
This wine treads the line between opulence and modesty with intricate aromatics & flavors from varietals & winemaking. Honey-hued aromas of toasted marshmallow and marmalade are underscored by tart key lime on the nose. The palate has a comfortable weight to it, with crisp white nectarine and indulgent pineapple flavors.
  • 2013 Reserve Petite Sirah
While still a bit reserved, decanting unveils charred green pepper and toasted oak. Full of raw power & chewy tannins, this wine has a finish with serious teeth staining potential.
  • 2014 Reserve Pinot Noir
Quiet but impressive aromatics of dark fruit & cloves slowly wake up as you swirl this wine in your glass. At first sip it shows off the richer side of Pinot Noir with notes of plum, dried tea & earth balanced by a soft acidity. Its pedigree is obvious with a balance of structured spice, delicate fruit & floral notes.
  • 2014 Reserve Super Paso
Indicative of its cowboy inspiration this wine has leather, earth and smoke on the nose and a full-bodied palate with dusty tannins. makes this wine a wonderful companion to cool Autumn nights and confectionary spice & pie crust flavors on the palate balance out its ruggedness
  • 2014 Reserve Twisted Spur
New French Oak helped tame the ample fruit and lend structure to create a dense wine layerd with brambly berry, dark chocolate notes & finesse.
  • 2016 Rosé
We love pouring this wine for people and watching their faces light up as kiwi and watermelon aromatics leap out of the glass outlined by flirty floral notes. There is a savory note that keeps this wine from being one-dimensionally fruit driven, reminiscent of that fresh lime in your salted-rim fresh strawberry margarita. This lively wine dances across your palate before ending in a mouthwatering crescendo that will make you crave a beach & some sunshine.
  • 2013 Sangiovese
Aromatics of (we’re not even joking here) maple-candied bacon and smoke. Bright cherry comes forward on the palate and balances the toasty warmth of the nose with vibrant acidity and firm tannin structure.
  • 2016 Sauvignon Blanc
This Sauvignon Blanc is extremely reflective of its cool-climate upbringing. Aromatics of crisp cucumber & hon- eydew melon mix with fresh cut grass on the nose with a backsplash of tart Granny Smith apple. The palate is ample and finishes like a bite of a firm yellow peach – fruity with a mouthwatering crisp finish.
  • 2015 Silhouette Du Coeur
On the nose this wine opens with hints of white flowers, honey-suckle and a touch of salinity. On the palate Marsanne & Roussanne bring viscosity to the linear & stone fruit temperament we find in our Grenache Blanc to create a rich and age-able wine with flavors of pineapple, honeysuckle & mandarin.
  • 2014 Syrah
This exceptionally dark-hued wine captures your attention right out of the bottle and exudes meaty aromatics full of dark fruits & pepper. A finely grained & textured palate is studded with dark chocolate, berry pie & white pepper notes outlined by tannins.
