  • 2014 Albariño
A lovely golden hue with a youthful greenish tint. Aromatic pink grapefruit with the reminiscence of an ocean breeze, this Albariño shows true varietal character. Fermented cool then aged sur-le in neutral oak. This wine is full-bodied, but remains fresh and viibrant. As with all of our white wines it is bottled unfiltred for maximum enjoyment. This Albariño pairs particularly well with fresh fish and seafood.
  • Angelica White Port
Its’ first impressions are beautifully aromatic and alluring, with perfumed scents of orange essence, hyacinth and lilac. Graceful and radiant, the flavors are pure and redolent of honeysuckle, white peach, tangerine, and crème brulee. The finish goes on forever, creating a memorable tasting experience that can’t be satisfied with just a single sip. Pairing: Crème Brûlée with Dried Apricot Chutney.
  • 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 2013 Chenin Blanc
This wine possesses a brilliant light-straw coloration. Delicate aromas of Asian pear, quince and vanilla bean are underlain by a core of minerality which is the trademark for this unique block of dry-farmed Chenin Blanc. The flavors are bright and crisp, reminiscent of Gravenstein apple(s) and lemon tart(s).
  • 2013 Epi Telos
A complex nose of dark fruit and warm spicy scents. The palate is full-bodied and layered with flavors of cassis, black cherry and hints of vanilla, backed by an envelope of supple tannins. The wine pairs beautifully with a bevy of grilled meat dishes, and will greatly reward additional cellaring - Beef Short Ribs, Grilled Ribeye, Smoked Pork Tenderloin
  • Grappa
This Grappa is derived from Zinfandel grapes and has been barrel aged in Zinfandel port barrels. The nose is embracing, intense and typical of Zinfandel wine. On the palate you will find a depth of focused fruit flavors reminiscent of ripe berries with a hint of cinnamon. The finish is both sweet and spicy, lingering on your palate and leaving you wanting more.
  • 2013 Iberian Blend
  • Noel Port
Think aromas of honey-dipped figs and tree ripened plums with rich flavors of red velvet cake topped with homemade vanilla bean buttercream frosting....All of this together makes a rich and delicate, slightly floral and all together delicious port! No food needed.....but if you must, Noel pairs nicely with Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving or that special Rum Cake at Christmas time. Or, just sitting around the fireplace on a cold evening with friends and family after a beautiful holiday celebration.
  • Orange Liqueur
The oranges for this liqueur come from our good friends at Family Tree Farms in Reedley, CA, whose town motto is aptly named “The World’s Fruit Basket”. It is produced chiefly from Mandarin Oranges with a touch of Valencia juice and sweet vanilla spice creating a warm and well-balanced flavor profile, bursting with fresh orange and decadent dark chocolate aromatics. Enjoy this liqueur as a mixer for a very special Margarita, or simply over ice as a perfect summertime elixir!
  • Pendray's Brandy
Our unique program of aging our spirits in used Port barrels has given this brandy a rich, golden hue. The aromas are captivating, inviting you back to the glass again and again. Effusive honeysuckle and orange blossom perform a tantalizing dance for your senses. Fruit scents of tree-ripened apricot and white peach intermingle with the flowery perfume, adding further complexity. The palate is broad and rounded, and the orange-tinged flavors provide an enticing, honeyed persistence.
  • 2013 Petite Sirah
  • Plum Liqueur
This beautiful plum liqueur was produced from tree-ripened plums grown on our property. They were hand-picked at the peak of flavor and macerated for two months in our craft distilled grape-based brandy. This liqueur is alluring and inviting, with its’ rich plum aroma and captivating fruit flavors. A sweet, silken texture and lingering finish create a truly memorable tasting experience. Try it chilled as an aperitif, after-dining enjoyment or my favorite way, with a splash Champagne.
  • 2010 Ruby Port
The aroma is briary and rich with a touch of licorice and sandalwood. The mouth carries the same intensity found in previous bottling with pleasure packed flavors of fresh baked berry pie, dark plum and liquified Red Vines.
  • 2013 Touriga Nacional
The bouquet shows a hint of blackberry, blueberry, bergamot oil and subtle rosemary notes. The palate leads you through an array of rich, dark berries, dusty cocoa powder and hints of violet and coffee. Pairing: Prime Rib - Filet Mignon - Rib Eye - Lamb - Cassoulet
  • 2009 Violeta Port
Beautiful aromatics, brimming with blueberry, blackberry and boysenberry on the palate, this vintage of Violeta is sure to please the serious port connoisseur. Pairing: Aged Gouda Cheese, Blue Cheese, Charcuterie Plate, Pâté
  • 2010 Violeta Port
The color is dark, brooding and opaque. The nose possesses a classic mix of spice and fruit with that signature aroma and finish of dark chocolate derived from the Touriga Nacional grape. This is our fifth bottling of Violeta, and the consistency of style is remarkable. A hint of wintergreen, sumptuous flavors of plum and currant and that decadent chocolaty richness; these are the elements that define our Violeta port wine. Pairing: Aged Gouda
  • Walnut Liqueur
Nocino is the famous walnut liqueur of Northern Italy. The nuts are hand-harvested while still green, chopped and then steeped for several months in neutral brandy along with a proprietary mix of spices typically including clove and cinnamon. It is a classic digestive liqueur, as the sweetness is offset by the bitter tannins contained in the hulls of the walnuts. Enjoy it chilled or over ice as a unique after dinner cordial.
  • 2014 ZinG
This wine displays a beautiful ruby-red coloration. The nose is full of berries and spices, and is warm and inviting. The palate is lush and soft, revealing brambly vine fruits, cranberry and vanilla spice. Our 2014 ZinG will pair with a wide variety of foods and cheeses, especially basic everyday fare, so give it a try and we’re sure you’ll be rewarded for your efforts.
