  • 2013 Amber Moonlight
    Our late harvest Viognier is an unctuous mix of apricot, peaches, and cream. Fit to be drank by itself, this wine also pairs perfectly with desserts ranging from crème Brule to chocolate. This dessert wine is great with Creme Brule', pastries, and other desserts.

    Displays a floral nose with hints of blackberries, caramel and herbs de provence. A savory mouth feel is supported by flavors of red currants and charred cedar, with a distinctive lingering finish of supple tannins. Pairs well with tomatoes, garlic, and either game or domestic meats like duck, lamb, or beef.

    This extremely rare vintage can only be crafted under unique and distinctive climate conditions at the end of harvest. The result is a luxurious Sauternes style late harvest wine with rich flavors of raw honey, ripe peach, honey dew melon, and has a decadent finish of toasted almonds. This wine would pair exceptionally well with Bananas Foster, Cheesecake or Creme Brûlée.
