Our 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon offers mouth-watering aromas of bing cherry compote and toasted vanilla. When the 2013 fruit came into the winery, we called it the "year of the tannins". Characteristic of the dry, hot vintage, this wine presents a structured array of slightly chewy, fine tannins and ripe plums. Like all of our cabernets, however, it retains a vibrant lightness and juicy natural acidity, highlighted by notes of cedar, sage and eucalyptus.

The rich, silky mouthfeel is balanced by fresh acidity born of high elevation limestone slopes. The long delicate finish is carried by ultrafine tannins.

Tart marmalade and crème brûleé aromas precede taut, vibrantly acidic fruit flavors. Shifting gears, the GSM melts into a suave, almost saline finish that firms energetically with tannic structure. This is a wonderful food wine to balance rich meats, sauces and cheeses; it can also be enjoyed for its complexity, all by itself.

A zinfandel for pinot lovers! This is not your typical Paso zin. Sure, it has the classic zinfandel markers of bright cherry, raspberry and myriad spices, but that’s just the beginning. Underneath the fruit, there is a subtle earthiness with hints of soy sauce, roasted mushrooms and granite. Perfect for Thanksgiving dinner!
