  • 2014 Albariño
    Albariño was brought to Spain and Portugal by monks in the 12th century. A stunning alternative to our traditional white wines, it’s a wonder the grape is only now establishing a foothold in the US. The juice from these grapes was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks and sealed with screw-caps to capture and preserve the intensity of the aromatics.
  • 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon
    Dark plum, black currant, chocolate and vanilla; the well-structured finish is layered with rounded, rich, sweet oakPair with beef filet béarnaise, tri-tip, rack of lamb or braised pork shank
  • 2013 Dane Head
    Black pepper, chocolate, vanilla, and plum jam with a hint of smoke. Medium bodied with fine tannins that fade into a lengthy finish. Pair with barbequed hamburger, chicken burrito, crawfish etouffee, or blackened fish.
  • 2008 Grande Finale
    An exquisite blend of Tourriga Nacional and Souzao. Full mouth feel but with a light finish not often found in Port style wines.Enjoy by itself or with chocolate, fresh berries, ice cream, blue cheese, stilton, or a good cigar.
  • 2011 Jubilado'
    Rich blueberry jam, vanilla, and spice with sweet oak; mildly textured tannins complement a round, rich finish.Pair with gumbo, barbequed beef ribs, crawfish etouffee, seared ahi, and spicy pork dishes.
  • Last Act
    This Ruby Port style dessert wine is an exquisite blend of Touriga, Souzao and Syrah. As with a Port, Last Act is sweet, heavy and possesses high alcohol content. This dessert wine is extremely versatile. It is smooth and supple, elegant and refined. A truly handcrafted wine from start to finish.Dessert wine is commonly served after meals. Enjoy by itself or with fresh berries, fruit, ice cream, dark chocolate or an assortment of cheeses.
  • 2011 Malbec
    Spicy, dense Boysenberry jam aromas are complemented with shades of anise and leather. The feel in the mouth is full-bodied with chewy, plush tannins.Pair with turtle soup, lamb shanks, barbequed shrimp, Thai chicken, and chili.
  • 2011 Petit Verdot
    Cherry jam, black pepper spice and a touch of violets; the taste is fruity and balanced with fine tannins and a persistent finish.Serve with rich red meat dishes, braised lamb shanks, blackened fish, and hearty casseroles.
  • 2012 Petite Sirah
    Pair with beef filet béarnaise, tri-tip, rack of lamb or braised pork shankEnjoy with barbequed steak, wild game, or sauage dishes.
  • 2013 Rose
    This Malbec Rosé has beautiful floral notes with cherry fruit. Round and lightly structured....a great sipper.Serve with rich ,cheesy dishes, tapas and seafood

    Peachy aromas are combined with floral, apricot and hint of pineapple; taste is round, balanced, and softly textured.Serve with shell fish, crabmeat ravigote, Indian curries, and triple cream cheeses.
