  • Black Monukka Dessert Wine
    A tawny-like golden color, the sweet aromas of caramel, butterscotch, black walnut and vanilla are only a teaser of what’s to come. The sweet richness and viscosity showcase flavors of dulce de leche, maple and crème brulee.
  • 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
    On the nose, red berry fruit laced with hints of slate and mineral that trails into mocha. On the palate, a big monster loaded with red and blackberry fruit that builds into powerful tannins, turning into a velvet mouth feel. Long on the palate, the fruit lingers seemingly forever and trails into a mocha Creme Brulee finish.
  • 2014 Ecliptic
    Deep, dark reddish purple color with a deep sultry nose of blueberry, strawberry rhubarb, brambly black fruit and currants with hints of black pepper and anise. On the palate we find rich strawberry, blueberry, and black currant with a velvet mouth feel that is bound to a bold tannic structure. We recommend Chateaubriand or a tenderloin with demi-glace. Use the sauce liberally in many places. A rich stew with crusty country bread on a cold winter night by the fire would work well also
  • 2013 Osso Balena
    Ruby-purple with a purple-black core, aromas of briary and brambleberries with notes of cracked green and black peppercorns, anise, and sweet clove are complemented with blackberry, red raspberry and sweet baking spices on the palate. The firm tannins and full body are balanced by food-friendly acidity that segues into a long finish.
  • 2013 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
    Toasted barrel notes and plum give way to more of the spice, clove and nutmeg. Medium to full bodied with rich toasted oak flavors . Raspberry, dark cherry, and smoke round out the smooth finish
  • 2016 Rosé
    Nose: Bright Berry and stone fruit with hints of peach and dusty rose petals. Palate: Bright Acidity dancing with Lush stone fruit. A rich mouthfeel with nectarine and berry fruit that trails into an orange blossom finish. Perfect with Charcuterie or a summertime BBQ.
  • 2013 Rosé Wine
    Pink core with pale pink rim, the aromas are a tantalizing blend of fresh strawberries, mixed red berries and cherry. The palate is medium-bodied with notes of ripe flame cherry, pomegranate and mixed berries with a refreshingly bright acidity.

    Nose: An incredible bouquet, Vibrant and alive! Bright citrus and Key Lime Pie, Gooseberry and hints of fresh cut grass. Palate: Citrus and orange blossom on the entry explodes with crisp acidity laced with hints of mineral and trailing into key lime pie finish. Amazing with oyster, ceviche, grilled or steamed fish or quaffing by the pool or warm summer night cocktail party.
  • 2013 Siot Chardonnay
    Pale straw colored with aromas of grilled pineapple, banana, Meyer lemon and orange rind with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The citrus fruit and toasted oak show through on the palate, while the dry, medium body is accentuated with bright racy acidity.
  • 2014 Time Capsule
    On the nose, dark, berry fruit with lush hedonist intentions. Hints of tobacco, olive, and minerals that trail into a dense, dark, oak finish. On the palate, black and red berry fruit, currants and dark chocolate interwoven with silky tannins. The gorgeous mouthfeel remains balanced with lively acidity to keep the experience vibrant and alive.

    Deep purple with vibrant hints of red around the edges with a nose of bright red and blackberry fruits with hints of spice and vanilla laced with hints of toasty oak. On the palate it's a big, monstrous wine with rich concentrated red and clack fruit dancing with lively acid with hints of cranberry. Long on the palate, the wine trails into a sexy oak finish. This wine has plenty of acid to standup to any big fatty sauce. Perfect for grilled meats and the BBQ. Try it with a big Italian red sauce meal with spicy sausage
