  • 2014 Cassidy
Grenache provides a bright, fruit-forward entry with notes of red cherry and raspberry, while Mourvèdre adds a touch of minerality, white pepper spice, and beautiful acidity. Delicious now, Cassidy will continue to develop in the bottle and be excellent to drink within the next five to seven years. Pairs well with grilled red meats and poultry, charcuterie, and goat or sheep cheese.
  • 2013 Cassidy
Grenache provides a bright, fruit-forward entry with notes of well-ripened dark fruits and red berries, while Mourvèdre adds a touch of spice, and Tannat delivers tannins and good acidity. Pairs well with grilled red meats and poultry, charcuterie, and goat or sheep cheese.
  • 2014 Grenache
Strong, concentrated red fruit and cherry brandy flavors are balanced with spicy notes of black pepper and rounded out with a nice, bright acidity. Pairs well with zesty pizza and pasta, or with a dark chocolate desert.
  • 2013 Mourvèdre
Made of 90% Mourvèdre, this wine shows all of the characteristics of the varietal. Notes of black pepper, licorice, leather, and candied fruits are prominent. The full-bodied flavors of the Mourvèdre are balanced out with a touch of Grenache/ giving this complex wine a subtle, round fruitiness. Pairs well with game, marinated meat, and mildly spicy foods.
  • 2014 Mourvèdre
Red fruit flavors of pomegranate and tart cherry dominate the 2014 vintage of Mourvèdre. Bright acidity and subtle minerality are balanced by 10% Grenache/ which delivers body and structure, as well as notes of black fruit.
  • 2014 Tannat
Notes of menthol, almond and prune on the nose. Pronounced but silky tannins on the palate with a long lasting mouthfeel. Subtle grilled notes and vanilla confirm the nose. This wine is big and intense, perfect to enjoy with a hearty meal.
  • 2013 Zinfandel
Ripe red and black fruits are dominant in this rich and powerful Zinfandel. A hint of almond on the nose reflects the vines' location next to Seven Oxen's centennial almond tree grove. The palate is savory and ends with notes of vanilla and wood. Pairs well with a very wide array of dishes, from barbecue pork ribs to a leg of lamb or tomato-based dishes such as pasta or pizza.
  • 2014 Zinfandel
Bright, fragrant notes of strawberry dominate the nose of Seven Oxen’s 2014 Zinfandel. Strawberry evolves towards concentrated dark red fruit and dried fig on the palate, balanced with a brilliant acidity.
