Located in Livermore Valley Favalora is the personal label of winemaker Frank Favalora. This label sources grapes from the winemaker’s vineyard in Oakley. These vines were planted in 1999 using cuttings from a family vineyard that is over 100 years old. You may already be familiar with the Zinfandel made from Favarola grapes. It was used for the Ehrenberg Zinfandel that won a Gold Medal at the 2017 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. Enjoy a tasting flight that includes Zinfandel, Barbera, a Mourvèdre, and a Petite Sirah. Look for updated pictures and information after the Grand Opening on Saturday October 6, 2018.
