This soft, round, approachable Cabernet Sauvignon is made to drink now. It has wonderful aromas of strawberry-rhubarb pie, dried cherries and black pepper. It’s a virtual riot of berries on the palate, includingolallieberry, blueberry, blackberry, and rich strawberry preserves. The time this wine spent in oak barrels is evident in the creamy texture, nice acid balance, and present but softer tannins. A small amout of Grenache adds a little acidity and light fruitness to this otherwise big and dark wine.

Lemon and lime on the nose, green apple, pineapple, and citrus pop in the mouth, and great acidity and minerality bring it all together nicely.

We select our favorite barrels from our favorite lots to create this wine each vintage. Our home ranch Syrah was the champion in 2012, providing an excellent, big and dark base. We backed it up with some old vine Zinfandel to give it some great fruit and spice, and a touch of Petite Sirah to add a bit of intensity.

A wine that is often hidden away in blends, this varietal shines on its own when grown here in Paso Robles. Full bodied and rich in color, this bottling isn’t vegetal or overly tannic as can often be the case. It is beautifully balanced, rife with fragrant spice aromas and supple dark fruit flavors.

One of the best varietals to grow in the area, it is always big, dark and fruity, but not overly tannic like it can be in other regions. We worked closely with the grower to be sure yields were low and quality hit the mark.

Mostly Grenache grapes picked from our vineyard for the sole purpose of creating a dry Rosé, we held it on the skins for 24 hours to achieve its rosy salmon color. Light strawberry cream in the nose, and a dry finish with a San Pellegrino-like minerality. A great summer porch pounder!

An appropriate and somewhat exotic blend, this wine is incredibly bright and strikingly clear. Honeydew melon abounds, it has great minerality and perfectly balanced acidity.

Both aroma and flavor profiles are somewhat tropical - orange blossom, honey, apricot, kiwi - with a hint of flint and lingering notes of creamy vanilla. A bright acidity and deep minerality characteristic round out the weighty mouthfeel perfectly.

Balanced beautifully with small amounts of Syrah, Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot in the blend, this vintage offers aromas of tobacco and cherry liqueur. Not your usual Paso jammy Zin, deep dark fruit flavors and a relaxed mellow spiciness are nicely balanced by bright acidity.
