  • 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
    Intense aromas of red plum, black cherry and dark chocolate with wisps of cinnamon are complimented by a background of subtle oak. Rich flavors with layers of large, soft tannins interlocking with complex oak tannins for a long, elegant finish. This elegant wine will compliment a large array of food dishes but is best with filet, pork loin, and chocolate desserts.
  • 2013 Hunchback
    Delicious! Complex, inviting aromas are created by multi-varietal blending. Hints of ripe plums, berries, and sage are intertwined with subtle oak. Flavors are extended and rich with layers of round, rich tannins coupled with hints of oak. The finish is rich and lasting which enables additional aging. This rich, layered wine will enhance hearty beef dishes, ripe cheeses as well as pastas with spicy sauces.
  • 2016 Lès Mis Rosè
    Enticing aromas of strawberries and cherries predominate with some subtle hints of citrus in the background. This wine has a somewhat fleshy, supple mid-palate followed by a clean, crisp finish. As you might have surmised from the reference above, we feel this is the wine for all poultry courses, salmon and sundry appetizers. It is wonderful with picnic or sit-down lunches, serving well as the soup or appetizer course wine for multi-course dinner events.
  • 2014 Malbec
    Hints of lavender, wild sage and ripe plum are intertwined with spicy oak. Flavors are balanced and rich with layers of pleasantly assertive tannins overlaid with hints of oak. The finish is rich and lush which enables additional aging. This rich, layered wine will enhance rosemary-infused rack of lamb and hard cheeses as well as Italian dishes with rich sauces.
  • 2014 Merlot
    Intense aromas of bing cherries and spices are complimented by a background of spicy oak. Rich flavors with layers of complex, supple tannins interlocking with rich oak flavors and a long, intense finish. This elegant wine will compliment a large array of food dishes but is best with beef, lamb and ripe cheeses.
  • 2013 Moto (Late Harvest Syrah)
    Intense, deep aromas of unsweetened cocoa with notes of coffee and cassis. Rich, lingering tannins complimented with spicy oak and a lingering rich finish. Think romance!! This syrah port enhances many desserts especially chocolate or pungent cheeses. It continues to be our favorite wine for sipping by a roaring fire.
  • 2014 Opulence
    Intense, complicated, and rich. Aromatics emanating from the multi-varietal blending include hints of black cherries, dark chocolate, and violet are intertwined with spicy oak. Flavors are deep and rich with layers of pleasantly assertive tannins, rich fruit and toasty oak. The finish is lush with piquant acidity ensuring excellent aging potential. This supple, complex wine will enhance elegant beef selections such as filet or prime rib as well as more exotic game selections.
  • 2013 Petite Sirah
    A delightful aroma profile best described as “spice rack” meets ripe plums. Fresh ground black pepper, bay leaf and clove predominate with rich plum notes in the background. This wine is a mouthful with an elegant sufficiency of tannins and toasty oak followed by an extended, rich finish. Best match for rare beef and most spicy fare! Rich, red, sauces, Cajun, and heavy continental dishes of all types are enhanced with this concentrated Petite Sirah.
  • 2014 Syrah
    Intriguing aromas of spring rose petals and ripe blueberry predominate with subtle oak notes in the background. This wine has layers of supple round tannins and toasty oak followed by an extended, rich finish. This Syrah will enhance a large array of Mediterranean cuisine with a particular affinity for elegant flavor-forward courses. We feel spring lamb is an excellent match.
  • 2015 Viognier
    Aromas of ripe apricot and honeysuckle are intertwined with elusive hints of almond blossom in the background. Rich, silky mouth feel from fermentation plus 6 months of passive lees contact in Hungarian oak barrels culminates with a long, rich finish. This Viognier will enhance soft ripe cheeses, spicy Asian cuisine as well as richer ocean selections such as scallops, oysters, and lobster.
  • 2014 Zinfandel
    Intense, explosive aromas of red raspberries,with notes of blackberry and bittersweet chocolate. Elegant tannins with vibrant berry flavors complimented by hints of oak and a racy, crisp finish. We believe this Zinfandel enhances any number of meals with rich sauces (especially red). It continues to be our favorite red wine with seafood and chicken dishes.
