  • 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon
    Our 2013 Central Coast Cabernet has aromas of dark cherry cola, and vanilla. The mouthfeel is rich, yet balanced. Flavors of currant and cola are held up nicely by well-structured tannins with a full bodied finish. Pair with your favorite cut of beef, or a blue cheese burger with bacon and sautéed mushrooms and truffle fries.

Flavors of raspberry, strawberry, and vanilla followed by a full, lengthy finish. Perfect for pairing with roasted pork loin, grilled salmon, or smoked wild duck.
  • 2015 Floyd Rosé
    Aromas of watermellon, passion fruit and pink grapefruit. Flavors of strawberry with a rich mild palate and refreshing acidity. The finish is crisp, bright and palate cleansing.vEnjoy this wine as an aperitif, with some fish tacos, arugula salad with grapefruit sections or wood-fired pizza.
  • 2013 GSM Red Blend
    This blend was very fun to make. Grenache and Mourvèdre both bring softness, red fruit, and spice, while the Syrah brings structure, color, and high-tone dark fruit. Aromatics are reminiscent of blueberry pie, with intense dark fruit, and subtle hints of vanilla and brown sugar. Blueberry, coupled with notes of ripe plum and vanilla, transfers to the palate and is carried through to the finish with soft tannins.
  • 2014 Malvasia Bianca
    Aromas of citrus, Meyer lemon zest, pineapple are followed by flavors of lychee and kiwi. The finish is balanced and crisp.
  • 2014 Merlot
    Aromas of fresh berry cobbler, baking spices, vanilla and just a hint of cocoa. The mid-palate is full bodied with flavors of delicious dark red fruits with soft, round, approachable tannins and a nice balanced mouthfeel. The 2014 Central Coast Merlot pairs well with Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Fennel or Grilled Portobella Mushrooms.

    Our 2014 Pinot Gris is a delightfully rich, complex wine with aromas and flavors of pineapple, citrus, white peach, and Golden Delicious apples. It's rich and succulent, with bright acidity that leads to a lingering, delicious finish. Pair with brie, grilled red snapper, a refreshing grapefruit and arugula salad, or as an aperitif.

  • 2014 Reserve Blaufrankisch
    Aromas of mixed dark berries, curry, allspice, cedar box, and vanilla. Followed by flavors of dark fruit, spice, and cocoa that flow into a finish that is lengthy, soft and elegant, with rich dark fruit flavors. The 2014 Reserve Blaufankisch pairs well with Charcuterie and cheese, Pork Belly, and beef stew.
  • 2014 Reserve Chardonnay
    The 2014 Reserve Chardonnay is tasty, mouthwatering, and balanced with a fresh minerality. Flavors of lemon zest and pineapple are abundant in each sip. The wine is French oak barrel-aged for 14 months.
  • 2014 Reserve Dolly Llama Red Blend
    Bright red fruit, blackberry jam, and herbs with clove and cooking spice notes with elegant tannins and structured finish. Pair this wine with pulled pork sliders and caramelized onions, or grilled pork chops.
  • 2014 Reserve Grenache
    Bright fruit notes of strawberry and black cherry complimented by cola spice , bright acidity and a supple and pleasing mouthfeel.
  • 2013 Reserve Malbec
    The 2013 Reserve Malbec has aromas of blackberry, blueberry, juniper berry, and fennel. The mouthfeel is supple with nice soft tannins with a seamless transition from front to back.
  • 2015 Reserve Malvasia Bianca
    Aromas of Meyer lemon zest, pineapple, thyme are followed by flavors of Melon, lemon sorbet, and tropical fruits. The finish is balanced and crisp.
  • 2014 Reserve Merlot
    Notes of plum, jam, blackberries and mocha with an opulent mouthfeel and long, structured finish. Pair this flavorsome wine with barbecued steak, three cheese ravioli topped with marinara sauce, roasted chicken with grilled mushrooms, jambalaya or blackened fish.
  • 2013 Reserve Merlot
    This Reserve Paso Robles Merlot has aromas of ripe cherry, cedar, and cocoa followed by a mouth feel that is full, sumptuous, with chewy tannins, and abundant with red fruit characteristics. This wine will pair well with an oven fired pizza with red sauce and barbeque short ribs.     High tone spice driven aromatics are the signature for this vineyard. Concentrated notes of cherry cola, cedar box, and holiday spices are coupled with rich a mouth-feel and soft tannins. Brightness and delicate tannins allow this wine to pair with a wide range of fare.
  • 2015 Reserve Pinot Noir
    Our 2015 Reserve Pinot Noir Santa Barbara offers an inviting blend of aromas, including raspberry, black cherry, bramble fruits, clove, baking spice and notes of vanilla and caramel. The flavors are tasty, with minerality and rich dark fruit with sumptuous and elegant tannins. Pair with Havarti, Brie or Gruyere cheeses, blackened chicken, pork loin or sweet potatoes.
  • 2014 Reserve Pinot Noir
    This bottle of Reserve Pinot Noir comes from the Bien Nacido Vineyards located in southeast Santa Maria Valley. Their sandy soils and close proximity to the Pacific Ocean allow the vineyards to naturally produce lower yields increasing the aptitude for concentrated fruit and even ripening. Filled with aromas of sage, Asian spices, and raspberry, Pinot Noir has a beautiful, silky, smooth mouthfeel.
  • 2014 Reserve Pinot Noir Santa Rita Hills
    Aromas of allspice, nutmeg, ripe strawberry, and tobacco wake the senses. Flavors of juicy Rainier cherries, star anise, nutmeg, and cocoa powder create a delightful palate.
  • 2015 Reserve Righetti Vineyard Pinot Noir
    Our Righetti Ranch Pinot Noir is boldly elegant. It starts with rich aromas of strawberry and vanilla. On the palate, flavors of cherry candies and cola are accented with subtle herbal notes of anise and basil with a long luxurious finish. Pair with mushroom raviolis with sage brown butter, or lamb ossobuco with gremolata.
  • 2013 Reserve Syrah
    The 2013 Unbridled Syrah has aromas of blueberry and nutmeg, followed by underlying aromas of lavender, clove, and pepper. The flavors mirror the aromas of blueberry and black cherry, ending with a medium-lush finish.
  • 2015 Reserve Verdelho
    Aromas of Meyer lemon, melon, peach, and apricot with a bright, balanced and crisp frinish. Slightly off dry, the mouthfeel is full and intense but also very light at the same time. Enjoy as an aperitif or with a light meal such as Caesar salad or a rustic cheese plate.

    Aromas of lychee, citrus, and peach with a hint of bergamot and just a touch of herbal notes in the background, creating a crisp, mouthwatering wine with a delightful, lingering finish.
  • 2014 Reserve Zinfandel
    A cooler climate vineyard site makes for more high tone dark fruit flavors. Notes of blackberry, plum and olallieberry are prominent on the nose with underlying coconut, maple, cedar box and white pepper. Currant and dried figs dominate the palate with hints of spice and vanilla. A hint of red fruit is brought to the table by the Grenache along with a mid-palate fleshiness that leaves you wanting more.
  • 2013 Unbridled Chardonnay
    First impressions are of the beautiful golden straw color. Upon swirl, pungent aromatics deliver rich pineapple and stonefruit with hints of toasted marshmallow and coconut. On the palate, layers of apple pie are followed by rich mid palate pineapple. Soft creamy mouthfeel is balanced by natural bright acidity. Enjoy this wine with chicken Dijon or King crab legs.
  • 2014 Verdelho
    Aromas of lemon, melon, peach, and apricot. Slightly off dry, the mouthfeel is full and intense but also light at the same time. The 2014 Verdelho finishes with a bright, balanced, crisp finish.
  • 2015 Viognier
    The 2015 Viognier is abundant with aromas of lychee, citrus, and stone fruit. Flavors are reminiscent of peach and lemon zest, with a crisp, bright minerality on the finish. The acidity of this Viognier will lend it to pair well with fresh stone crab, butter poached lobster, seared scallops, pad thai, or aged cheeses.
