Time has allowed the Chardonnay to develop and mellow during cellaring. It is just now beginning to show hints of white truffle and rich custard around the edges of the lime and white peach fruit character.

Very-pale pink/peach tone. Watermelon and pear-skin aromas, very pure and crisp in the mouth, with some subtle floral & herbal notes that balance the fruitiness. A complex and very elegant ‘Vin-Gris’ manifestation of the Pinot Noir grape.

This estate Chardonnay opens with aromas of lemon curd and gardenia. Forceful on the palate, with juicy citrus notes of tangerine and Japanese yuzu. A refreshing mineral note joins with crisp acidity for a long focused finish.

The 2015 Chardonnay is especially opulent, with aromas of citrus blossom and tuberose. Flambéed orange peel and Cointreau fruit notes on the palate, with balancing freshness.
