  • 2014 Laetitia Brut Rosé
Fruit and more fruit is the dominant message of this immensely likeable, downright juicy sparkling rosé, and, while not without a smattering of creamy yeast, it earns the nod of approval for its forthright fruity vinosity first. It is full and frothy on the palate with a subtle touch of Rosé’s finishing grip, and, while sure to please with dishes ranging from salmon and duck to milder pork recipes, it does not need pouring with food and is a winsome, wholly delicious quaff that is certain to satisfy on its own.
  • 2015 Laetitia Clone 17 Chardonnay
An original clone of Robert Young's from Wente, Clone 17 finds beautiful expression when grown on Laetitia's coastal bench lands. Aromas of ripe stone fruit and lemon curd leap from the glass, while wet stone minerality, juicy kiwi and toasted meringue weave throughout this well-balanced Chardonnay. Look to pair with proscuitto wrapped honeydew melon.
  • 2014 Laetitia Clone 828 Pinot Noir
Our Clone 828 is a distinguished example of this attractive clone originating in the Dijon Region of Eastern France. Intoxicating smoke and delicate truffle make way for sumptuous notes of dried rose petal, sassafras and deep black currant. This medium-bodied wine with smooth, polished tannins pairs well with oven-baked salmon filets and roasted mushrooms with herb.
  • 2015 Laetitia Estate Chardonnay
Energetic fruit and mineral-driven notes of ripe quince, green apple and crushed chalk transition into delicate aromas of jasmine, apricot preserves and spiced tea. This Chardonnay offers a spicy anise character that weaves throughout the honeyed finish and crisp acidity. Ripe and delicious, this brings the richness of honey and the rigor of minerality into perfect balance.
  • 2015 Laetitia Estate Pinot Noir
With an initial spiced marionberry quality, the wine unwinds slowly into notes of cedar plank and delicate rose petal, framed by fine, dusty tannins. The palate is expressive with tangy notes of sarsaparilla, red currant and warm baking spice.
  • 2014 Laetitia Estate Syrah
This cool climate syrah-dark and inky in color-illustrates the beautiful spice and acidity we are known for at Laetitia. Rich in notes of luxurious ripe plum, boysenberry and blackberry, the palate is framed with a hint of spice, green olive and intriguing umami.

Floral notes of violets are balanced by a hint of pipe tobacco and sweet saddle leather. Consider pairing with herb-crusted filet mignon with truffled mashed potatoes.
  • 2014 Laetitia Single Vineyard La Colline Pinot Noir
Meaning “hillside” in French, La Colline’s low-yielding blocks are situated at the heart of the Laetitia Estate Vineyard and offer bright cherry notes, with the complexity only older-vine Pinot Noir plantings can produce.
  • 2014 Laetitia Single Vineyard La Coupelle Pinot Noir
La Coupelle, meaning the cupé in French, is planted on a south facing slope allowing for maximum sunlight, producing a full-bodied Pinot Noir with dark fruit and chocolate notes.
  • 2014 Laetitia Single Vineyard Les Galets Pinot Noir
The Les Galets plantings consistently offer a medium- to full-bodied, California-style Pinot Noir that many tasting room frequenters call by the name “Liquid Velvet”.
  • 2015 Laetitia Whole Cluster Pinot Noir
This old world style Pinot Noir has made a name for itself here at Laetitia due to its unique mouthfeel and divine structure. In the glass, this wine exhibits a gorgeous red-purple hue while aromas of cranberry blossom and sweet oak invade the senses. Our "black sheep" of the family emanates notes of rose petal, Bing Cherry and black tea, balanced by refined tannins and juicy acidity.
  • 2014 Nadia Cabernet Sauvignon
