Winery
Wolf Vineyards is one of our favorite locations for sunset in Edna Valley. This location hosts generous outdoor seating with checkers, board games and wi-fi. Snacks are available for sale but outside food is still welcome. Enjoy a tasting flight ($10), waived with a bottle purchase. Parties of eight or more are welcome with a reservation. Tasting fees for large parties is $15, waived with a bottle purchase. This winery label is SIP certified and pours Chardonnay from vines planted in 1976. Ask your tasting representative about the “Uber” vine cuttings that are new to the estate. These cutting have extra long roots stocks and use 70% less water compared to normal cuttings. Wolf is also expecting these vines to produce fruit in two years. We applaud Wolf’s water conscious approach and we will be back. Look for extended hours during summer months that include food trucks on Friday afternoons.

2012 SyrahThe 2012 Syrah exhibits its Edna Valley grown ocean marine influence taste profile of a Northern Rhone style cool climate Syrah. The resulting flavors include stewed black plums, roasted meat and a mid-palate of white pepper and spice.
