Melon & honeysuckle flavors on the nose which carry through the mid palate. Also flavors of apple, mild honey can be noticed with a hint of mineral and subtle oak on the finish. Our Chardonnay shows a nice balance between a traditional California and New World style.

Earthy, herbal and bright cherry aromas give way to anise, black cherry with hints of dried mint. Easy to drink and finishes very smooth. This is a great apertif wine and pares excellent with light cuisine.

Aromatics of black cherry and violets which burst onto the palate and carry into a long pleasant finish with a hint of sandalwood.

Blackberry and blueberry on the nose with a hint of earthiness. Subtle white pepper flavors in the mid palate with a long finish and notes of dark chocolate.
