This 2011 vintage of Fergalicious marks our winery’s first release of a Syrah, Merlot, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon red wine blend. Fergalicious has woody, cigar box aromas and notes of camphor and flashes of red fruit, and flavors of blueberry, black cherry and milk chocolate with a hint of cedar. Pairs nicely with cumin crusted slow-roasted barbecue pork and roasted vegetables.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon this 2012 vintage of Fergalicious has layers of blackberry, bright red fruits, violets, cassis, and baker’s chocolate with beautifully integrated tannins and a lush mouth-feel.

Our 2015 Grenache has a lush and velvety mouthfeel with bright and juicy berry flavors and spicy notes. This easy drinking wine pairs well with coriander crusted chicken, moroccan spiced skirt steak and spicy grilled sausages.

Our 2014 Viognier has vibrant aromas of orange blossoms and stone fruit with lovely notes of honeysuckle and lime on the palate. Pairs beautifully with sage and rosemary roasted chicken or coconut curry dishes.

This round, textured Viognier has strong flavors of apricot, honeysuckle, white peach and sugared lemon-lime candy with a classic long, refreshingly mineral, floral finish. Pairs beautifully with both raw and cooked shellfish.
