  • 2014 Cliff Hanger' Reserve
The rich color is deep opaque red, intense, and almost black. The nose possesses a classic Cabernet nose. Red fruit and black currant compote intermingles with nuances of clove and minerals. It is quite an extracted yet elegant wine. A blend of dark fruit, cocoa powder and espresso coffee. Beautiful mid-palate, closes with powerful yet refined tannins. It has a drier mouth feel with classic Cabernet like tannins. Tasting fine now but will improve and evolve in the next 10 to 15 year
  • 2014 Contango'
This Cabernet has a dark intense cherry colore, with an even darker and more intense nose, exhibiting red fruit, clove and bitter chocolate. With nuances of fig and cassis. On the palate this is a big and powerful wine with pronounced yet velvety tannins and a fine complex finish. Primary fresh black currant fruit, harmoniously intermingles with nuances of vanilla, sour cherry and cassis. The wine is full bodied but fresh and refined. It finishes with gentle notes of espresso, dark chocolate and a light Asian spice. The wine is good now but it will improve and evolve with the next 10 to 15 year
  • 2014 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2014 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has a pronounced nose, dark and red fruit with light vanilla and exotic spice notes, asian five spice notes. It proves just as dense, generous mouth feel, smooth and elegant, with a good mid palate and length with just a hint of spice on the finish with suggestions of red Maraschino cherry, red currant, strawberry candy, vanilla, baking spices and anise rise above a tighter core of black currant and dark cherry. The finish is lingering and supple, with tannic grip well suppressed, and pretty dried herb notes chime-in at the end. Drinks well now but will evolve and improve for the next 10 years
  • 2014 Estate Sauvignon Blanc
The 2014 Estate has notes of kiwi and lime emerge on the aromatically expressive nose, with subtle hints of fresh cut grass complementing the fruit tones. The balanced palate shows medium body with a zesty acidity and stone fruit characters leading towards an elegant, clean finish. A perfect aperitif wine or accompaniment to seafood, salad, and vegetable dishes.
  • 2014 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
The 2014 reserve is Golden straw colored in the glass, lovely aromatics emerge through perfumed notes of gooseberry, cantaloupe, and quince. The palate is velvety while being fully dry, with complex, chalky limestone mineral notes that mingle with tropical kiwi brightness through a persistent finish. It is already a serious wine, but will evolve to reveal further complexity over the next two or three years in the bottle. The wine is fermented in neutral oak, stainless steel, and a concrete egg.
