  • 2014 Albariño
Albariño is the Galician name for this wonderful white grape. "Alba-Riño" means "the white wine from the Rhine” and it has locally been thought to be a Riesling clone originating from the Alsace region of France. Albariño is noted for its distinctive aroma, suggesting flavors of apple, pear, and citrus with nuances of apricot and peach. Enjoy Albariño on its own, with tapas, or with full-course meals of fish, veal, chicken, ham, or medium-bodied cheeses.
  • 2013 Arneis
Arneis (which means “little rascal” in the Northern Italian dialect of Piemontese) is so-called because it has been somewhat difficult to grow in Italy. However, in the Paso Robles AVA, the climate appears to be ideal for this grape. With an early harvest (September) and stainless steel (no oak) processing, we have produced a dry, full-bodied white wine with bright flavors of apple, minerals, and white peach with a structured finish.

  • 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon
Born the child of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, on the sunny shores of Eastern France, Cabernet Sauivgnon is perfectly suited for growing in the Paso Robles AVA. At maturity it expresses flavors of plum, cherry, blackberry, blueberry, warm spice, vanilla, tobacco, and sometimes leather. Cabernet Sauvignon ages well. But with such wonderful flavors the day of purchase, who can wait to open the bottle?
  • 2012 Changing Leaves
Sauvignon Blanc (or “wild white,” in English) is native to western France, and known for crisp acidity and fresh flavors. Tamed by warm days and cool evening breezes from the Pacific Ocean flowing through the Templeton Gap, this crisp, dry, refreshing wine is perfect for an evening supper or afternoon pool-side sipping. The 2012 vintage produced a crisp and fresh wine with grapefruit, lemon flavors and a tight finish.
  • 2012 Complimentary
Our Red Wine is a blend of Merlot, 28%Malbec/ 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 1Cabernet Franc. “Merlot,” the dominate grape in this blend, is the diminutive of the word “merle,” the French name for a blackbird, perhaps in a reference to the color of the grape. It is thought that Merlot, like Cabernet Sauvignon, is the offspring of Cabernet Franc. Merlot was initially planted on the left bank of the Gironde River, but is now grown worldwide. Our blend produced a dark, red wine that is full-bodied with lush, velvety tannins and intense flavors of blackberry, black pepper, and anise.
  • 2012 Fortunate Sun
Grenache Blanc is native to the sunny Rhône region of France and to sunny northeastern Spain making it exactly suited to the Paso Robles climate. The 2012 vintage produced a refreshing wine with crisp acidity. Mandarin orange aromas and bright flavors of apple, minerals, and white peach are perfect for a summertime lunch or for sipping around the pool.
  • 2012 Friends
In the Puglia region of Italy, Zinfandel is known as “Primitivo,” which could translate to “original,” “wild,” or even “savage.” What ever it means, the weather in Paso Robles is very similar to the climate in Italy producing a rich, dark-colored, full-bodied, red wine with hints of raspberry, blackberry, anise, cherry, spice, and pepper. The engaging, velvety texture of this wine will go perfectly with grilled meat, burgers, chicken, stews, and seafood.
  • 2012 Hidden Path
Sangiovese comes from the Latin: sanguis Jovis or "the blood of Jupiter" and is the main grape in central Italy. This wonderful grape thrives in soils with a high concentration of limestone, which is present throughout the Paso Robles AVA, producing elegant wines with wonderful aromas. Wines made from Sangiovese exhibit the grape's naturally high acidity as well as moderate to high tannin content. It is light in color with flavors of black cherry and vanilla with a hint of coffee.

Something that we will be selling on a more limited basis as we are nearing the end of our supply!
  • 2012 Picnic Meadow
Mourvèdre is named after an ancient city in Eastern Spain. Mourvèdre has a tendency to both bud and ripen very late. It is the last grape that we harvest each year. The variety prefers "its face in the hot sun and its feet in the water" needing very warm weather, low leaf-to-fruit ratio, and adequate water to produce flavors of grilled plum, smoke, and black pepper.
