  • 2014 Albariño
UFOric ~ Along with sister-grape Tempranillo, Albariño is one of two Spanish varieties grown at Martian Ranch. Tropical flower and fruit aromas with zesty citrus on the palate. Gently crushed before pressing then aged in Foudre barrels. Pair with shrimp tacos with lime and cilantro, or fresh Vietnamese spring rolls with lemon basil and mint.
  • 2015 Gamay Noir
Absolute Magnitude ~ Aromas of cedar, anise and baking spices. Flavors of sour cherry and raspberry fill the mouth with a long, spicy finish. Produced by carbonic maceration. 11 months in neutral French oak.
  • 2014 Grenache Blanc
Mothership ~ Whole cluster pressed; aged six months in Foudre barrels. Bright citrus, with flavors of lemon and lemongrass. Enjoy with ginger chicken, fresh grilled shrimp, or on its own for a refreshing aperitif.
  • 2013 Grenache Noir
Ground Control ~ Single Block (#5), with three different clones of Grenache Noir (513/515/Alban), harvested together and co-fermented. Aromas of rose petal and carnation, with spicy white pepper and mint for a garden of delights! Flavors of raspberry and cranberry finish with roasted coffee bean and firm tannins. Pair with cumin-spiced pork chops, or Fontina mac & cheese with crispy pancetta.
  • 2014 Late Harvest Viognier
Trente-Deux ~ Honey, peach and a hint of pineapple on the nose, with baked apple and tropical fruit on the palate. Rich, lasting finish. At 8% residual sugar, it's not cloying but finishes cleanly. Pair with fresh fruit (berries, peaches, nectarines, melons) or French vanilla ice cream.
  • 2015 Rosé
Down to Earth ~ Mourvèdre is a French Varietal from the southern Rhône. There are 2.91 acres planted in the vineyard. This wine shows strawberry and floral aromas, broadening out to honeydew and hints of plum. Finishing this luscious wine is a lovely note of orange zest. Pair it with a cheese and charcuterie platter. Will show well with herbs de Provence roasted chicken.
  • 2014 Syrah
Dark Energy ~ Whole cluster fermentation. This wine opens with blueberry and blackberry on the nose, followed by white pepper on the palate and finishes with hints of black licorice. Pair this delicious wine Santa Maria style BBQ!
  • 2014 Tempranillo
Gravitas ~ Whole cluster fermentation. Opens with wet gravel, bay leaf and rose petals. Silky, minerally mid-palate finishes with lush blueberry and fresh fig. Pair with Manchego stuffed dates wrapped in bacon; grilled Portobello mushrooms with caramelized onion confit, or oak-grilled hanger steak with rosemary compound butter.
  • 2014 Viognier
Stellar ~ Whole cluster pressed; completed malolactic fermentation. White peach, Asian spice, honeysuckle and lime with a crisp finish. Velvety on the palate.
