  • 2015 Blaufränkisch
A mix of raspberry, blueberry, plum, lavender and pomegranate on the nose with hints of all spice, tobacco and graphite. The flavors simultaneously take on elegant floral notes, bright fruit as well as earth and mid weight tannins. The finish is lengthy and bright with just enough tannins to provide structure.

Enjoy this wine with especially with grilled veggies and various rustic chicken and meat dishes, lamb tagine, cassoulet, goulash, pork loin and meatloaf.
  • 2015 Dry Riesling
The extravagant fruit and floral notes engage the senses while tangy citrus mixed with stone fruit and a clean, refreshing finish make it a tongue pleasing experience which should develop even more character as it ages over the next 5 to 8 years. Dry Riesling is great with cheeses, Thai and Asian spicy foods, vegetable tagine, sushi, fried calamari, halibut and sea bass. Turkey, sausage and fried chicken are also a tasty match.
  • 2016 Grüner Veltliner
The most popular grape in Austria, Grüner Veltliner is a great alternative to Chardonnay, Viognier or Sauvignon Blanc. It is well balanced and versatile, and while it pairs perfectly with some pork or chicken schnitzel it also compliments most spring and summer vegetable dishes such as pasta primavera. It works as a great starter with appetizers, soups and salads as well.
  • 2015 Linus Rosé Of Syrah
The Linus is tart and dry with electric strawberry...It's upbeat with an accelerated acidity that bursts through the palate and long into the finish. With its sharp, sour red fruits, it is very refreshing, and begs to be gulped. It's one of those bottles that you hate to drink so quickly because you know it's special, but you just can't help it
  • 2015 Nebullite Sparkling Syrah
Deep amethyst color and cherry, light herbal licorice aromas tickle the senses while bright flavors of cherry, strawberry and just a hint of powdery tannins and citrus tempt the palate. "Nebullite" has beautiful light fruit character and good acidity so it feels dry on the finish.

Pairings can be imaginative starting with oysters (especially smoked or cooked), pat, prosciutto, smoked cheese, lox, escargot, caviar, sausage, chocolate and pecan pie.
  • 2015 Pinot Noir
Simply enjoy this with good food, fresh roasted salmon or chicken is usually our favorite.
  • 2014 Rubellite Syrah Blend
Calm down. Instead of running, screaming from the table, breath it in and you'll feel the lifted, minerals and flowers, bright red cherry and vanilla spice, the expressive sleek and elegant character as it slides down the gullet with barely a whisper of dissent from the senses that would detect high heat. The style is all about enjoyment and we like that sort of thing around here.
  • 2013 Vollmond Syrah
A host of pungent, dark, Los Olivos-inflected notes open up. Dark cherry, game, sage, black olives and black pepper abound. Brawny and a touch rustic, the 2013 is a hearty wine for the dinner table. There is no shortage of character, that much is evident. A little smoky yet restrained with great fruit and acidity, this wine pairs well with braised lamb, lasagna bolognese, and baby back ribs. It's solid and drinkable!
