The primary aromas and flavors are candied red fruits, rose petals, rhubarb, white pepper and damp earth. It tastes just like a typical, lusty, rustic red from the Southern Rhône Valley. It is rich, yet easy drinking with soft tannins and a medium long finish. Drink this over the next 3-4 years for optimum enjoyment.

2014 E11EVEN Cabernet Franc
This wine is unmistakably Cabernet Franc with aromas & flavors that are fruity and savory at the same time. We were able to pick this variety at optimum ripeness, towards the end of the vintage to reveal tart cherry and huckleberry mixed with toasty oak and pencil shavings. The silky tannins and long finish make this serious wine fun to drink.
-
2014 E11EVEN Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cabernet is bold and dark, with ripe fruit-forward qualities and smooth tannins. It definitely hits all the pleasure centers and is immensely fun to drink now. This beauty will, however, hold in the bottle for at least a decade to come, slowly opening up and improving over the years.

Apple, pear and tropical flavors are braced up by subtle toasty notes, with a finish that never quits.
-
2014 E11EVEN Petit Verdot
Some exotic spices join in on the fun...cardamom, star anise, violets, sage & cinnamon notes add complexity to the dark red and black fruits. This was one of the most sought after releases from the prior vintage, so we bottled up a bit more this time around from the fantastic 2014 vintage.

2014 E11EVEN Petite Sirah
The wine is truly impossibly dark, the color of a moonless night. Despite the darkness, the wine is also very well balanced and nuanced. Additionally, the wine has benefited from the extra year in bottle prior to release. Though the wine might taste ready to enjoy tonight, it will continue to benefit from several more years in the bottle.

Yes, this wine is rich and powerful, but in a nearly transparent way. Red fruits and forest floor mingle with toasty oak from the indulgent French oak aging, and the finish never quits. I hope that you adore this special bottle of Pinot Noir as much as I enjoyed crafting it for you.
-
Aromas of toasty brioche, citrus, and tropical notes, with a balanced, yet bracing, natural acidity and a very fine mousse.
-
Nothing was added nor taken away from the classic Sauvignon aromas and flavors of citrus, with a touch of grassy green notes. The finish is long and fresh with a wonderful balanced natural acidity

The French say “Enchanté” when they greet each other. We have named our Estate-Grown, signature white blend of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne after this expression. These two varieties are truly yin and yang. Roussanne is rich and unctuous, while Grenache Blanc is bright and racy. The two complement each other perfectly!
-
All of the extra work yields a rich, concentrated wine with aromas and flavors of ultra-ripe strawberries, black cherries, and blueberries, mixed in with the spiciness of cinnamon and vanilla from the toasty new French Oak.
-
Yes, there are plenty of fruity notes, but this is definitely not a kool-aid Rosé of yesteryear from California. Rather, it is very much in the moment. Dry, light, very refreshing. This should be your go to wine this summer!
-
We were extremely restrictive of yield to ensure that we could ripen, harvest, ferment, age, and bottle a rich, dark, fruity-yet-spicy Grenache. This is certainly a fun drinking wine!

The wine is stunningly aromatic with peach, melon, and white flowers. The palate is rich and the finish is long, only interrupted by some balanced acidity. Enjoy over the next 2 years.

This clone tends to ripen a bit earlier, with smaller berries. This helps us tremendously in our quest to produce a rich, dark, fruity & earthy & floral & spicy Mourvèdre. We chose to age this beauty in a mix of new and neutral French Oak barrels for 18 months to further help tame some of the wilder characteristics of the grape. The results speak for themselves in the stunningly drinkable wine. You can put this one down for a bit, but why, when it is so drinkable right now?

It is a really classy Syrah...built more on a foundation of ageworthy tannins and balanced acidity than in-your-face fruit.
-
This Syrah strikes the near perfect balance of fruity and savory; black cherry and forest floor, with rich tannins that hint towards a long life in the bottle.
-

This yields an impossibly dark garnet (nearly black) color, with neon tinges at the rim, pointing at the cool climate origins. Right now, the wine has notes of ripe cherry, pepper, flowers, charred bacon, tar, and just a hint of toasty oak. The ideal drinking window for this Syrah is 4 - 12 years from today.

-
2014 Syrah Tous les Jours
It is a decidedly flashy, extroverted Syrah loaded with blue and black fruits, licorice and tar, all of which come together in a fat, forward style. Smoke, tar and French oak linger on the finish.

The 2016 has all of the hallmark qualities of our Gravel Pit Vineyard Viognier...light, delicate, floral, honeyed, citrus...a stunning dry white wine.
