  • 2014 Axis Mundi Grenache Blanc
  • 2012 Axis Mundi Grenache/Syrah
Wine is about pleasure, and this wine is light, juicy and easy. Light garnet color with grapey, juicy, baking spice and white pepper, perhaps a melon or tropical hint, with the slightest whisper of smoke from the syrah and oak. Chill it down and light it up!
  • 2013 Axis Mundi Grenache/Syrah
The 2013 has a bright and primary nose of vinous/grapey, raspberry and cherry with hints of oak toast, spice and dusty earth. Dense and broad compared to past vintages (2010-2012), but manages to maintain the juicy persistence that made those wines so charming. Bright finish with hints of cocoa-laced tannin.
  • 2014 Axis Mundi Grenache/Syrah
That direction is Chateauneuf du Pape: a full bodied red wine with more grip and mouth-presence. We also added a bit of Russian and Slovenian Oak, and we think you’ll love the result. For fans of the juicy, spicy style of previous vintages, you will recognize that primary profile plus a little extra depth and grip.
  • 2013 Axis Mundi Mouvedre Rose
Fantastic with sushi, crab, oysters -- the wine has spectacular acidity. This one's a slurper--not a wine to be considered or cellared. Chill it down and drink with gusto!
  • 2009 Axis Mundi Syrah
This wine is dark garnet to purple in color, and has a smokey, floral aroma. Fruity and fun on the attack with good depth and concentration, and a long finish. Welcome to your new every-day drinking wine!
  • 2014 Barrel Fermented'
Our commitment to Damy barrels from Meursault really shows in the integration and amazing aromatics given off by this blend. Mineral/tropical with rich and candied aromatics make this wine irresistible, and a perfect accompaniment for fried chicken, crab or lobster.
  • 2011 Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine
Bright apple and hints of unripe cherry add fruit to a nose that’s more about acid and minerality than fruit.
  • 2012 Brut Rose Sparkling Wine
Bright apple and hints of unripe cherry add fruit to a nose that’s more about acid and minerality than fruit.
  • 2013 Brut Rose Sparkling Wine
Bright apple and hints of unripe cherry add fruit to a nose that’s more about acid and minerality than fruit.
  • 2011 Chardonnay 'Barrel Fermented'
The wine shows rich vanilla, oak toast, grapefruit, apple, dusty minerals and lime zest in the nose. Aromatic complexity is matched by a dry, rich attack, a persistent finish and plenty of acidity to frame this slightly stylistic impression of Clos Pepe in 2011. Savor with fried chicken or lobster with drawn butter.
  • 2013 Chardonnay 'Barrel Fermented'
Mouth filling and rich in the attack and mid-palate, becoming elegant, mineral and structured in a mouth-cleansing finish.
  • 2012 Chardonnay 'Barrel Fermented'
Light to medium straw color with aromas of green apple and lemon zest. There’s some minerals under the bouquet of sublime toasted oak, but the wine is very complete right now, showing a gorgeous posture to be de-capped and emptied.
  • 2014 Chardonnay, Homage To Chablis
Our 'last' stainless-fermented and aged Chardonnay exhibits a classic aromatic profile of peach skin, lime blossom, browned-butter, fuji apple, and the inimitable salinity/mineral character that has defined this wine over the years. Elegant and complex, these wines will age gracefully for up to a decade in a proper cellar. Some of the 2000 Homage is drinking wonderfully, a few bottles have shown oxidation beyond an appreciable level. Pair this wine with Oysters, Scallops, or BBQ.
  • 2013 Chardonnay, Homage to Chablis
The 2013 from barrel has a dense and expressive liquid-mineral nose framed by fantastic acidity and aromas/flavors of lime zest, white flowers, apple, quince and salinity.
  • 2013 Dark Side' Pinot Noir
A hint darker in the glass than the Estate bottling, the nose shows a little more dark fruit character, ripe cherries and black berries with a mushroom-y complexity.
  • 2014 Dark Side' Pinot Noir
Blended for ripeness and boldness, the ‘DS' is a luxury appeal for both collectors and hedonists. After tasting several blends, this finally won the panel’s consensus. Only four barrels made the final cut, and we believe we have blended something very special. You can’t fake a wine like this. Lay it down 5-10 years, or open it now with your favorite steak.
  • 2012 Grappa (Pinot Noir)
Crystal clear. Clean-spirited nose with hints of anise, white flowers, prickly-pear cactus and pinot noir must. Persistent floral and black-licorice flavors in the mouth with a clean finish and minimal grappa rusticity.
  • 2007 Olin Cabernet
Maybe not as lush as its' Napa brethren, it is nonetheless a rich, generous, fruit-driven wine with good length. We are honored to have the opportunity to support this lovely wine.
  • 2008 Olin Cabernet
Unlike the 2007, however, this wine reaches out to its' Bordeaux heritage. Pleasing fruit, but a wonderful backbone of graphite and earth tones, this wine will age beautifully for a decade to come. We are honored to have the opportunity to support this lovely wine.
  • 2012 Pinot Noir
Very complex nose that marries bright red and black berry fruits, baking spice, Asian spice, cherry, cranberry and gorgeous layers of complex dusty earth. The wine is bright, juicy, balanced and nuanced in the mouth. It is unusual for a wine this young to show so much bright fruit and earthy complexity at the same time.
  • 2013 Pinot Noir
Explosive red and black berry fruits in the nose, edge of jammy with oak toast and baking spices. Good grip and chewiness—a very primary wine that will please crowds and critics, but will also show enough restraint in the glass to be a fantastic table wine.
  • 2014 Pinot Noir
Medium-plus garnet in color with a sexy and bold nose filled with bright and primary red and black berry fruits, hibiscus, and candied orange peel. Oak is present, but not over-powering. Good for 7-12 years in the cellar or early-drinking. Match the young wine with salmon, mushrooms, duck or pork loin. When aged, try with COq au vin or risotto.
  • 2011 Pinot Noir
Color is a dark garnet, somewhere between the hues of the 2009 and 201 Exquisite aromatic intensity. Broad red and tangy black berry fruit character with hints of spice, black tea, orange peel and dusty minerals. In the mouth the wine is tangy, structured but also generous and ripe with excellent verve on the attack with long and complex layers of primary fruit: blackberry, cherry. Chewy and dense as an infant—even the ‘regular’ blend has a ‘VS” sense of entitlement and breadth. Finishes with dense fruit layers, cocoa nib hints all framed with ample coastal acidity for aging.
  • 2013 Pinot Noir, Vigneron Select
A reserve-quality wine blended specifically for long-term aging, this ‘VS’ will be a bit richer and riper than the ‘Estate’ bottling, but balanced and structured for the long haul. We will be blending it just hours before the Aug. 17th event, so I cannot offer specific details other than this will be a big, expressive wine with primary fruit, a good dose of French oak, and a wine meant for 3-7 years of cellaring.
  • 2014 Pinot Noir, Vigneron Select
Impeccable balance with great depth of primary fruit. French oak, spice, cherry, and raspberry aromas. Great density and grip, with a "chewy' edge. Age 5 years, minimum, but could last much longer. Match while young with ripe cheeses, and aged with cassoulet.
  • 2013 Signature' Pinot Noir
A hint lighter in the glass than the Estate bottling, the nose shows a little more red fruit character, ripe cherries and raspberries with a loamy saline complexity that will make you think of $500 Red Burgundy. Lay it down 5-10 years and then put it in a blind Burg. lineup and watch the eyebrows rise when you uncover it as a ringer!
  • 2014 Signature' Pinot Noir
This wine has bright red fruits accentuated with baking spice, loamy earth, and has a transparency of site. Only four barrels made the final cut, and we believe we have blended something very special. A hint lighter in the glass than the Estate bottling, this truly embodies the femininity of Pinot Noir. Drink young with plank salmon or grilled meats, and aged with light pasta dishes and hard cheeses.
  • 2012 Vigneron Select' Pinot Noir
A hint darker in the glass than the Estate bottling, the nose shows a little more dark fruit character, ripe cherries and raspberries with a loamy saline complexity that will make you think of $500 Red Burgundy.
  • 2011 Vigneron Select' Pinot Noir
Dense and forward in both aromatic intensity and mouthfeel, this is a New World wine with seductive aroma, bright but dense extract and mouth-filling flavor. As many layers as you have time to notice them. This will match big red meat dishes and cheese early in its life, and we have faith it will mellow into a fine, aged wine 5-7 years after release.
