Bright ruby in color, this wine has incredible aromatics
layered with distinct Bien Nacido notes of truffle, sautéed mushrooms and dried
spice. Fruit aromas of blood orange peel emerge as the wine opens in the glass.
Savory and smooth on the mid-palate with fine tannins, the finish on the wine
is delicate and long.

Our Durell Chardonnay has a toasty nose with a touch of burnt sugar, clove, dried apricot, white flowers, and bright minerality. Similar notes are found in the palate with white flowers and minerality adding layers of complexity. This Durell is leaner than in previous years with mouthwatering acidity and the rich texture we have come to expect from this vineyard.

This wine has a beautiful golden straw color, with a nose bursting with ripe guava, lychee and hints of night-blooming jasmine and lime blossom. This aromatic wine delivers a refreshing, round mouthfeel with a long, bright finish. Wonderful concentration adds weight to the palate, while remaining lively and clear with citrus notes throughout.

Aromas of classic Durell spice infuse this ruby colored wine,
along with freshly crushed cranberries leading to a racy, lean mouthfeel.
Bright aromatics thanks to mineral-rich volcanic soils, add complexity and
liveliness to this expressive wine.

Brilliant yellow in color, this wine is full of juicy pineapple, candied ginger and fresh basil on the nose. The tropical fruit and notes of poached pear continue on the palate, creating an unctuous texture and ripeness to this Chardonnay. This is a wine to enjoy with or without food thanks to its fresh fruit character and lusciousness.

This dark but lively Pinot Noir is full of freshly picked boysenberry and raspberry on the nose up front, with layers of white pepper, violets and rosehips adding to its complexity and concentration. On the palate, fine tannins give way to a delicate, structured finish.

The dark cherry color of this wine mimics the dark fruit aromas of ripe plum, boysenberry and blueberry. A tiny hint of white pepper and whole nutmeg add spice and complexity. The palate is seamless, with a balance between minerality thanks to diatomaceous soil, and ripe dark fruit creating a smooth, long finish.

The nose is bramble with raspberries and blackberries being most apparent. There are touches of rose and white pepper that give this wine stunning complexity and push it more towards old world complexities that I’m used to seeing in Burgundy. The same power and elegance is echoed on the palate with fine tannin and fantastic concentration.

Bright garnet in color, this wine is an example of the dark fruit and powerful spice the Sta. Rita Hills are known for producing. The nose is dominated with aromas of allspice, with secondary notes of pomegranate and cranberry. The palate is bursting with acidity, while fine tannins help create a long, mouthwatering finish.
