Located in downtown Lompoc, the Wine Factory is a joint tasting room for CORE Wine and Turiya Wine. CORE Wines are poured 1pm.-6pm. Friday through Saturday without appointment. Barrel tastings with winemaker David Cory include a personal blend that you are allowed to take home. Barrel tastings must be booked in advance, email CORE with your date and group size for pricing. This location offers record release parties for Slip Music. Blends are created by a recording artist and featured at a live event. Check out the Lompoc Wine Factory Facebook for upcoming artists and events. Visit CORE's Winery in Orcutt which includes a cheese shop and patio.

    The Elevation Sensation label was inspired by our high elevation vineyards. This year is a rich wine with aromas of blackberry brandy.

    It attacks the palate with amazing fruit, complexity, structure and concentration.

    This wine has big notes of chocolate up front, dark fruits, and bold flavors with a big mourvedre finish. A great pairing with tri-tip.

    A complex blend of fruit, tannin and acid. The wine is bright and will burst upon your palate
  • 2006 Ground Around
    The 2006 Ground Around offers a deep garnet robe, an amplifying aroma of blackberry, cranberry and dried cherries, along with baking spices, fennel and dried herbs. In the mouth, complex fruit flavors infused with eucalyptus, dark chocolate and espresso tones dominate the flavor profile and gratify the thirsty palate. The finish is long on this unique blend with an intense interplay of fruit, spice, and tannin.
  • 2009 Hard Core
    This wine has cherry syrup and heavy wood presence on the nose and is followed by dark chocolate, cooked vanilla, and other flavors dominated by wood and age.
  • 2008 Incubus
    We only made one barrel of this amazing wine. It is a very fruity wine with notes of cinnamon and dark cherries. It bursts of bright fruits on the tongue and has a rich chocolately finish. This has been an amazingly popular wine, noted as being "toe curlingly good" by our customers.
