  • 2014 Barbara's Clone 667 Pinot Noir
    Clone 667 is the favorite Pinot Noir of Cambria proprietor Barbara Banke. Dark ruby red color; ripe blueberry, smoke, and earth aromas and flavors; full on the palate with firm, yet balanced tannins. Tender filet mignon steaks are brushed with rosemary and thyme infused olive oil and grilled over a hot fire rendering a wonderful match for the Barbara's Clone 667 Pinot Noir to showcase its smokey and earthy notes while still providing elegant ripe fruit flavors.

    The Benchbreak Chardonnay opens with lively fruit and oak spice aromas. Citrus, pineapple, white peach and apple flavors cary through the mid-palate and into the fresh, clean finish. Spring rolls are surprisingly easy to make at home, and their refreshing flavors of cucumber, mint, basil cilantro and the brininess from the shrimp make it an effortless pairing with our Benchbreak Chardonnay.

    The Pinot Noir is deep, dark purple in color with abundant red fruit and dark berry aromas and flavors. Hearty eggplant replaces traditional chicken in this vegetarian baked eggplant parmesan where the Clone 23 Pinot Noir's firm tannin structure and dark berry notes balance the zesty parmesan, earth and richness of the dish.

    This wine has aromas of ripe apples, cinnamon and nutmeg followed by distinct flavors of apples and mandarin orange. The wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels and did not go through malolactic fermentation. The wine finishes with nice acidity and structure. A chilled glass of the Tepusquet Vineyard Pinot Gris is a refreshing match to the roasted tomatoes, corn, avocados, black beans and quinoa that come together in this dish to create a vibrant and healthy grain bowl.

A healthy twist on a traditional pasta dish, the zucchini "zoodles" with shrimp and mushrooms create a light, flavorful dish that benefits from the smooth citrus notes found in the Tepusquet Vineyard Viognier.

    Orange blossom and lemon zest with hints of honey and graham cracker on the nose. Bright acidity, creamy mid-palate texture. Notes of creamsicle, honeysuckle and oak on the finish.
