Located in Santa Ynez Valley, Roblar Estate Winery blends food and wine with stunning vineyard views. Roblar is the only winery in the area to host a kitchen on site. Executive Chef Laurence Hauben is offering flat bread pizza and other small bites on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Chef Hauben is also offers the "perfect pairing," where food creations are paired with the current tasting flight. The fee for this experience is $55, reservation must be made 24 hours in advance. Bryan Davison is taking advantage of cool climates and ideal soil conditions to produce 10 different estate varietals. Enjoy a classic tasting flight ($12), a reserve flight ($15), or cheese plate ($25). The 5,000 sq ft. tasting room features natural light, leather couches and a standing tasting bar. The patio hosts outdoor seating with a trellis that opens to an herb garden. This location also has an indoor/outdoor fireplace that was featured in the 2004 movie Sideways.
