Located in downtown Solvang, Sevtap Winery has moved to the windmill building in Hamlet Square. This tasting room hosts a community atmosphere complete with outdoor patio, chalk boards and Nepalese prayer flags. Outside food is welcome but it should be consumed away from the bar. Enjoy a tasting flight for $15 or wines by the glass for $10-15. This is the personnel label of winemaker Ertugrul "Art" Sevtap who previously worked for Lafond and Kalyra. Art's commitment to single handedly produce Sevtap wines is very impressive. We had the pleasure of meeting Art during a map making adventure; he was driving a fork lift. Sevtap's tasting room is contributing to night scene growing in Solvang. Open late five nights a week this location hosts trivia nights, movies and live art shows.
