Our 2013 Clone 15 Cabernet Sauvignon from McGrail Vineyards, has aromas of dark cherry, spiced blackberry and vanilla. Similar to past vintages, the berry fruit is intense and has subtle hints of leather and tobacco. This bold, deep garnet Cabernet finishes with bold tannins.

Smoky, toasty, bold and delicious! The 2013 Graduate Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet aged for 4 years in a mix of French, American, and Hungarian oak. The toasty, caramel, coffee notes from the barrel are present on the nose of this wine. The dark mocha flavors lead to bits of dark cherry, cassis, and blackberry fruit. This wine is reminiscent of a chocolate bar with roasted coffee and salted caramel. The tannins are smooth and continue to linger long after you have finished your wine. Our 2010 James Vincent Cabernet is our premiere Cabernet from McGrail Vineyards. We take great pride in crafing our most prestigious Cabernet the James Vincent. This wine is aged exclusively in French oak barrels for 30 months and then bottle aged for a minimum of 10 months before release.

This Merlot contains notes of milk chocolate, vanilla, clove, nutmeg and cherry. Since this is our winemaker Mark's favorite varietal, we've put a bit of a McGrail twist on this Merlot, giving it the intensity of a Cabernet.

Our 2010 Reserve Cabernet spends 32 months in oak: a blend of French, American, and Hungarian oak. Approximately 70% new oak is used each vintage. The aromas jump out of the glass and you might notice dark fruit, earthy components, cherry, and cassis. As you swirl the wine in your mouth, you will notice hints of tobacco, anise, and dark fruit. This wine finishes strong with well developed tannins.

Slainte is a red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine opens with cassis and tobacco and has dark berry fruit flavors. Hints of vanilla and licorice linger with the smooth tannins.

Timeless is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 3 vintages: 2014, 2015, and 2016. This lighter body Cabernet has a tart cherry and dried cranberry nose with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, this easy sipping Cabernet has earthy notes along with bright red fruit, cherries, pomegranate, black pepper, and olive. The tannins are supple and smooth leaving notes of cherry on your tongue. This wine has great acidity which lends itself to pairing well with many dishes including Smoked Salmon, Pork loin, or Chicken Cordon Blue.
