This is an elegant dry wine with delicious white fruit, round mouth feel, and a silky finish with hints of candy and sweet spice.

A medium bodied chardonnay with bright fruit balanced well with the acid and oak. This wine was fermented entirely in barrel and aged on the lees stirring regularly to impart body and complexity. The wine went through 100% malolactic fermentation, yielding a nice note of butter yet balanced well with the fruit.

This fruit comes from the same vineyard as our flagship Zinfandel/ with 45 year old vines that are dry farmed. The result is a complex wine with robust fruit, a bit of spice, and a soft mouth feel.

Its got the unmistakable character of fruit and spice that makes this appellation so popular for Zin. This is one of the biggest Zinfandel wines we’ve made to date.

An incredible blend of Chilean Cab, Carmenere,Malbec/ and Syrah made by world-class wine maker and dear friend of our winery Alphonse DeRose. “Interino” (meaning “Interim” in Chile’s native Spanish language) is a blend the Steves made from Alphonse’s wine, and is our interim offering until our 2015 wine that we made start-to-finish during our harvest in Chile, is ready.

Massive fruit and mouthfeel, plenty of acid for balance, a touch of American oak for some vanilla on the nose while finishing with coco from the French oak barrels after 18 months of aging.

This is a very round Syrah with beautiful bright fruit on palate, and a lovely smokiness on the nose.
