Located in Livermore Valley Longevity is the creation of winemaker Phil Long. This location has a stand up tasting bar and cozy corners for small groups in the barrel room. Rocking chairs and picnic seating are also available out in front. Board games are available free of charge and really fit the mood of the space. The staff is friendly and we always manage to find a space. Longevity was pouring three different whites during our visit, including a Viognier, Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Blanc. Longevity also has a healthy selection of reds and port. Enjoy a tasting flight ($10) or a reserve flights ($15). This location is part of the urban tasting rooms that are in close proximity on Vasco Road.

  • 2012 Cabernet Franc
    The 2012 Cabernet Franc reveals an exquisite bouquet of black currants, crushed blue flowers,sour cherry, smoky tomato, dried oregano and sweet pepper. The taste will burst through your palate with mouthwatering blackberries, black cherry, white pepper, thyme and licorice alongside an age-worthy structure followed by a subtle tingle from the very present acidity, and moderately low tannins. Pair with Roasted Pork, Beef Burgers or Stew, Meatballs in Tomato Sauce, Chicken Tomato Curry, Turkey with Cranberry, Wild Game Hens, Lamb Gyros, Crispy Skin Trout with Pork Belly, Pâté.

    Temptingly rich and layered, a firm, ripe, muscular wine that’s deep, structured, intense and concentrated, serving up a mix of ripe currant, cassis, plum, black cherry and blackberry fruit with touches of anise, cedar and black licorice. Full-bodied, gaining depth and turning ever more elegant and detailed, with tannins that give this wine traction.
  • 2012 deb-ru-vee’, Vintner Select
    deb-ru-vee’ is our signature Rhone Style blend. You will be greeted by deep dark ruby red color followed by aromas of vanilla, spice, dark cherry,blackberry, violet and bitter chocolate enlivened by mineral and anise accents. Round tannins coupled with beautiful complexity create a wine of harmony and balance, with an excellent thrust on the incredibly smooth and lingering finish. this wine is wonderfully bright and energetic which assures that you will be repaid handsomely for cellaring.
  • 2015 Livermore “Pink” Pinot Grigio
    Our Pink Pinot Grigio has a bright, beautiful, salmony, coppery color. The aromas are floral and fruity with berries and citrus. that seem to heighten the senses. This medium-bodied “blush” wine is dry with a lively acidity that is refreshing to drink and a perfect warm weather companion. Enjoy on it’s own or pair with fresh cheeses, roast turkey, seafood and sushi.
  • 2013 Livermore Valley Barbera
    Longevity’s 2013 offering of Barbera is deep ruby red in color, with aromas of dark red cherries and plums, with a pleasant smoky earthiness from the oak. Full bodied and a hearty tannin structure, balance the vibrant acidity and balance each other to create a
    round elegant finish. It can be paired well with a broad range of food and will compliment salads, pasta, and most meats. It works extremely well with barbecues. Pair it with strong cheeses and it will not disappoint you.

  • 2013 Livermore Valley Grenache
    This Grenache is beautifully ripe in cherry and raspberry fruit with strawberry accents. Light, sweet and smoky oak tones bring an alluring vanilla note and an attractive touch of richness. Nicely concentrated and bright, this wines aromas begin your journey in an inviting direction. Supple in feel and rounded at entry, the wine repeats its nicely energetic fruit aromas on the palate, yet stays extremely balanced with the oak undertones. the mouth-feel is smooth and silky with a soft lingering finish.
  • 2012 Livermore Valley Merlot
    This offering captures the complexity and balance of a young wine while retaining the structure that will allow it to age gracefully. This full-bodied, mouth-filling Merlot displays beautiful blueberry and floral notes underscored by fresh red berry and pomegranate elements which add depth. Subtle hints of wild herbs, contributes a velvety mid-palate with touches of plum and spice. This offering in particular is a layered wine, notable for its fruit intensity, soft, integrated tannins and bright acidity.
  • 2012 Livermore Valley Mourvedre
    A medium-bodied, ruby-colored wine with a nose full of black fruit, earth and spice with hints of violets and vanilla. The palate is medium-bodied with moderate tannins and acidity. It's lush and round with flavors of blackberry, strawberry, sweet spice and smoke with notes of pepper and cigar wrapper on the lingering finish.
  • 2015 Livermore Valley Pinot Blanc
    This medium bodied Pinot Blanc boasts aromas of white peach, apple, melon and honey. This bright and racy Pinot Blanc brings a fresh creaminess adding fullness to the mouth feel with soft and creamy mid-palate. A long finish brings the whole experience together with just a touch of stone fruit and minerals. Serve slightly chilled, with the following suggested pairings; Scallops sautéed in lemon butter with zest of citrus and lime, grilled prawns, fish tacos, clam steamers, or just about any seafood.
  • 2013 Livermore Valley Tempranillo
    Our 2013 Livermore Valley Tempranillo comes from right across the street of our Vasco location. It has a deep, ruby-purple color with a strong nose filled with blackberry, plum, minerals, earth and sweet spice. This wine is definitely rich and full-bodied yet balanced and soft on the palate, with a long lingering finish.
  • 2016 Livermore Valley Viognier
    Our Classic Rhone Viognier is lovely on the nose with focus to the exotic floral aromas and hints of creamy peach, grapefruit and ginger. A beautiful upright style of Viognier. This wine coats the palate and stays nicely bound to the brightness of the supporting acidity. The texture is a touch creamy and the flavors recall the nose of what was to come. The peach, lime and apple flavors are fresh and bright. as the finish fades away to a pleasing minerality.
  • 2013 Lodi Petit Verdot
    The 2013 Longevity Lodi displays wonderful hints of blueberry, spice, violets and a hint of nutmeg on the nose. On the palate the wine is a dense, layered combination of crème de cassis, blackberries, black plums and a hint of mineral and graphite with a mocha-laced finish. This wine is smooth and soft with a finish that is absolutely seamless. This wine is extremely deep and concentrated, be sure to aerate or decant to let it breathe properly.
  • 2012 Lodi Petite Sirah
    This is definitely an intense wine with vibrant berry fruits and a rich full palate. It exhibits great color with a bouquet and flavors of ripe blackberries, plums, chocolate, black pepper, violets and spice. The wine is crafted to unleash dark and luscious characteristics, ````while managing tannins to deliver an opulent and juicy Petite Sirah. This lush yet easy drinking wine provides intense berry character, with superb texture.
  • 2012 Lodi Zinfandel Port
    Your nose will be greeted with wonderful raspberry, blackberry, and spice, followed by coffee and chocolate characters. Ripe fruit and soft tannins make this a mouth-coating rich vintage.
  • 2010 Philosophy, Vintner Select
    This 2010 “phil•osophy” is one of two signature blends. First exhibiting bright ruby red color with opaque density, then leading to a wonderful array of aromas. Complex and concentrated, the blend displays aromas of sweet black current jam, with hints of black cherry, smoke, flowers. Aged in French oak for 30 months, this structured, full-bodied, and opulently textured wine, is thick, rich, and youthful.
  • 2012 Press-Ton, Vintner Select
    This classy, Bordeaux style blend has just enough Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon to balance out the heavy presence of the Petit Verdot. This wine exhibits concentrated aromas of black berry, molasses, minerals, and juicy black plum. The palate is complex and deeply structured by firm tannins with the intense flavors of currant, earth, and black cherry. The bold yet refined structure of this wine makes an excellent companion to beef, game, lamb, chili, stews, mushrooms, sausage and barbecue.
