Located in Livermore Valley, the Eckert tasting room doubles as a production facility. Enjoy a tasting flight ($5) in one of the seating areas up front. Winemaker Michael Eckert is sourcing grapes from Livermore Valley, the Serria Foothills and Lodi. Pictured with this review is the distilling station that converts wine into brandy. If you are interested distillation process Michael is a knowledgeable and happy to walk you through the subject. Pets on a leash are welcome at this location, but we would caution readers that breakable items exist. This location sells chocolate truffles for $1 and outside food is welcome on the picnic area out front. This location is part of the urban tasting rooms that are in close proximity on Vasco Road.

  • 2010 Boa Quinta Dessert Wine
    Three Portuguese grape varieties were blended then aged for seven years in an American oak cask. Our tawny port-style wine has that sweet satisfying flavor that will have you savoring every drop.
  • 2010 Carignane
    Carignane is the most widely planted grape in France, but in California - it's scarce! These grapes were grown in a small Mendocino old-vine vineyard. The wine is medium bodied with flavors of bright cherry, raspberry, and blackberry. Very versatile, so be adventurous when pairing.

    A medium-bodied red wine, with flavors of smooth black cherry, raspberry and ripe plum. Tastes great solo or paired with Mediterranean food.

  • Raspberry Eau de Vie (375 ml)
    Eau de Vie means "Water of Life" and is used to describe fruit brandies. Ours has been pot distilled from locally grown raspberries, which preserves the fruit flavors in a clear 84 proof brandy.
  • 2008 Reunion
    It has a wonderful balance of fruit, mocha, and bold tannin that drinks smooth and lingers on the palate.
  • 2015 Riesling
    The grapes were hand harvested and cold fermented in stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit flavors. This off-dry wine is crisp and smooth, and displays notes of honeysuckle, dried apricot, orange blossom and bright citrus. Pairs well with spice foods.
  • 2014 Sauvignon Blanc
    This wine is crisp and dry with fresh flavors of lime, green apple, passion fruit and white peach. Pairs wonderfully with vegetarian entrees, fish, pork, poultry, cheese or sushi.
  • Vodka
    Our vodka started as locally grown grapes, distilled 7 times, then hand-celected to bring you the "heart of the hearts". Each bottle offers the highest purity and quality, and was selected for its outstanding smoothness.
