The aroma suggests apricots, honeysuckle & the hint of summertime. Perfect with fruit, lemon cheesecake or just sipping on a quiet summer evening.

Raptor is Jim's first attempt at a red wine blend. It is a delightful blend of primarily Zinfandel & Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Touriga & Petite Sirah to give the wine additional body. Ready to drink now, it is great as an all around red wine.
