It's a gorgeous wine with a silky texture, bright red fruit and a bit of white pepper and herbaceousness.

It Has black cherry flavors with hints of dark chocolate. This blend is rich but with amazing acidity and structure. Pairs great with anything in a deep red sauce, peppery steak or veal, or even spicy enchiladas.

The nose gives way to fresh stone fruit, lemongrass and flower petals while the palate is of Granny Smith apple and dried kiwi. Pairs wonderfully with almond crusted chicken breast or butter poached halibut over a spring mix salad.

Flavors of bright red fruit from the Grenache are complimented with hunts of dried dark fruit, tobacco, and baking spice from the Syrah and Mourvedre.

We added the Tempranillo for color as well as a bit more structure in the mouth feel to balance the soft Grenache.
