Chardonnay is known as the king of whites and this one holds up to that reputation. Our estate Chardonnay is fermented and aged in new French oak barrels and undergoes 100% malo-lactic fermentation. This wine finishes with a pleasant, balanced acidity. Nice tropical aromas mixed well with toasted oak and balanced acidity. This wine can be enjoyed with Prosciutto and brie.

Our Reserve Chardonnay is produced with the highest quality fruit from our Estate. Each flawless berry is hand-selected. This Chardonnay shows flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, lemons, limes and grapefruit flavors, making this wine very elegant. The wine is harmoniously balanced with a cream-like texture. It is best when paired with seafood, cheese or with cream pasta.

Nose of exotic spices & herbs, backed by layers of redcurrants, raspberries and summer fruits. Flavors of plums on palate with fine tannins. Medium bodied, elegant with lingering acidity at the finish.

Notes of boysenberries, plums and cassis. There is a floral core to this wine that tends to be rose-like in its aromatic profile and is very appealing.

We have 31 acres of Pinot Noir planted in our vineyard, which is uniquely suited for ripening this difficult varietal. When we harvest, there are beautiful aromas surrounding the crusher. The wine is garnet in color, with white pepper notes finishing and a nice rounded mouth-feel and structure. There are aromas of raspberry and fresh pine tree. The wine is fruit driven, possessing a creamy texture.

Working with small lots of Pinot Noir from our estate vineyard, we created an alluring, sexy and delicious rendition of a classic wine. The wine, being rich in texture, showing great viscosity, a long finish and elegant tannins, is drinkable in its youth, but would benefit from some cellaring or extended decanting. Vinified with particular attention paid to its varietal character, this wine is a solid representation of our estate vineyard’s endless potential.

Our estate is good at making White Riesling. A good growing environment and careful cultivation makes the wine crisp and refreshing. It is complex and balanced, with lime and peach flavors which are sweet in taste. The pleasant soft and fragrant bouquet stays on the tip of the tongue after drinking. This wine is with a vigorous aftertaste and perfect long lasting structure.

This Syrah is soft and full bodied on the palate. It has lovely tasting notes of black cracked pepper and peppermint. Balanced and nicely structured with a proper balance of tannins and acid possessing a long and lingering finish. A balanced taste and full-bodied texture makes our Syrah a dynamic representation of our vineyards’ potential. It is best when paired, with fish, shell fish, barbecued and roasted chicken.

This style of chardonnay is stainless steel matured and fermented. The refreshing acidity leads to a hint of crisp green apple.

Our Dolcetto have natural fruit flavors such as quinces and almonds and is bright in color. The wine body of Dolcetto is very appealing, and has a color of dark ruby. It tastes like sweet berry, cypress tree and almonds.

The flavor of our estate’s Grenache is juicy black plums and vanilla of Provence. Because of its fine, elegant and appealing taste, wine makers compete to use it to create a wonderful feeling during harvest season. There is a floral core to this wine that tends to be rose-like in its aromatic profile, which provides a sense of pleasure to drinkers. It’s best when paired with chocolate flavor deserts.

The Element Pinot Noir has a fragrance of cherry, spice and red gooseberry fruit, firm structure, aromatic taste and compact acidity form a nice balance. This is good wine with a strong fruitiness.

This Rhone inspired Syrah has a rich taste and lovely tasting notes of white and black cracked pepper, chanterelles, huckleberries, graphite and backyard plums. Fine, elegant tannins are prevalent, as is a long, lingering finish. Balanced and nicely structured during the wine making process, we feel our Syrah is a dynamic representation of our vineyard’s potential.

This wine has been aged in neutral and newer French oak barrels. It is well integrated in its youth, with subtle hints of tobacco leaf, mocha and blackberry. A bold, luscious wine, it shows best when paired with formidable meals, including prime rib and filet mignon.

This elegant Chardonnay shows scents of butterscotch, honeydew, melon and apple on the nose. Flavors of honeysuckle, granny smith apple and lemon are wrapped in a light oaky-vanilla blanket leaving a smooth yet crisp finish.

A well rounded wine with aromas of blueberry, raspberry and baking spice. One the palate, the wine opens with ripe fruit flavors such as black cherries and red currant followed by a long, pleasing finish with soft tannins and dark fruits.

New world meets old world with scents of raspberry, rose petal, dust and underbrush. Flavors of cranberry, spice, fennel and herb grow in intensity on the moderately long finish with welcoming tannins giving a drying finish.

Expressive nose of fruits jumps out of the glass. Scents of cranberry, strawberry, dill, black pepper and black tea give great complexity that carry through to the flavor profile of the palate. This wine is silky smooth and deceivingly easy to drink at 14.abv.

Fruity and ripe fruits of pineapple, meyer lemon and ginger on the nose as well as varietal scents of petrol. Ripe and red apple, pear and the beautiful mingling of acid and sugar support the expressive fruitiness quite wonderfully. Slightly off dry.

Tart blueberry, fresh leather and dried meat dominate the nose giving homage to the Rhône valley with a new world of soul. Flavors of black pepper, plum and berry are upfront with a refreshing acidity and low alcohol resulting in a balanced wine that will open up in the coming years and become something very special.

This wine shows brilliant aromas of tangerine, chamomile and wet stone combined with white floral notes. The palate shows wine notes ripe pineapple, pear and apricot. Though surprisingly well integrated in its youth, the concentration and vibrant structure of this wine will allow it to age gracefully. When served chilled, this Chardonnay is paired well with green salads, seafood, creamy pasta and chicken dishes.

The nose show beautiful aromas of cherry liqueur, ripe plum and High toned red fruit flavors of ripe cherry are complemented by notes of clove and anise on the palate. The finish is long and expansive, with subtle minerality and soft tannins. Being light bodied, this elegant wine benefits being served slightly chilled, suitable for drinking alone or paired with chicken, duck, light pasta sauces and with chilled fruit desserts.

The aromas from this wine literally jump out of the glass with notes of blackberry, dark cherry, touches of bay leaf and tobacco. In the mouth, the wine coats the palate with a dense, velvety texture and with the seductive, ripe flavors of purple fruit, chocolate and coffee. The wine is delicious, and complements well, when paired with barbecued or roasted meat.
