Located just a few minutes from downtown Avila Beach, Kelsey See Canyon Vineyards is serving estate grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This winery is frequented by wild peacocks that live in the valley. Originally rescued by the owners son twenty years ago, these beautiful creatures visit the residence next to the winery and provide free entertainment for patrons. The peacocks posed for our pictures with little effort, we recommend quiet voices. We also enjoy the hard cider and apple wine blend at this location. Enjoy a tasting flight for $12, waived with a two bottle purchase. Wines are also available by the glass and bottle. Patio areas include picnic seating and lawn games. Picnic supplies are for sale at the tasting bar, no outside food please. Pets on a leash are welcome in patio areas. Also featured in this review is the barrel room used for wine club members on weekends. Look for live music and food trucks on Saturday and Sunday during summer months.
