Located in Avila Beach Sinor La Vallee is part of the urban tasting rooms located downtown. This is the personal label of winemaker Michael Sinor and his wife Cherri LaVelle We like the selection offered by the label. If you enjoy cool weather Pinot Noir and Syrah this is your stop. Grapes are sourced from Bosi Vineyard just a few minutes up the road. During our visit this the tasting list included Rose of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Albarino. Enjoy a tasting flight ($12, waived with a two bottle purchase. Cheese and Salami pairing is available for $6. Pets on a leash and outside food is still welcome. If Michael Sinor’s name sounds familiar it’s because of an impressive resume in the wine industry. Michael was the assistant winemaker at Byron, planted French clones at Chamisal and is the current winemaker for Ancient Peaks.
