Locations like Dover Canyon are part of what makes tasting in Paso Robles special. Intimate locations are open for walk-in patrons and they share the same vista views as larger neighbors down the road. The tasting room at this location is standing only and doubles as a barrel room. Winemaker Dan Panico is producing 1000 cases of wine per year which is predominantly Zinfandel. Other red selections were available during our visit including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel Port. Enjoy a tasting flight for $10. Outside food items are welcome in the picnic area out front. Pets are welcome at this location but patrons are asked to check-in with staff first.
