The E-Street has notes of dried plum, raspberry, black fruit, and scorched earth on the nose. The aromas are echoed with flavors of black cherry and currants followed by notes of roasted meats and earth tones on the finish. Enjoy now with a 2 hour decant or over the next 5-7 years.

This Counoise has notes of fresh red cherries, strawberry, smoked meats, and cinnamon on the nose. The palate has flavors of bing cherry, plums, sage and soy sauce with a toasted oak smooth silky finish.

The Kashmir has notes of dark fruit, gram cracker, and cola on the nose and palate with a soy sauce umami finish. Enjoy now with a 1 hour decant or over the next 5-7 years.

This Grenache Blanc has lots of bright fresh lemon and citrus blossoms on the nose. The lemon and citrus notes carry out i nthe palate while a slight hint of honey helps round out the finish. Drink now or over the next 2 years/

Notes of green bell pepper, roasted poblano peppers and mulling spices are complimented on the palate with flavors of dried red fruit, briny olive, and gorganzola cheese with a dry finish. Drin now or over the next 5-7 years.

Notes of blackberry syrup, dark chocolate, brown sugar, and raspberry on the nose are enhanced with flavors of clove, graphite, and cigar box on the palate. Drink now with a 1 hour decant or over the next 6-8 years

On the nose the Simple Man has aromas of Strawberry, Blueberry, candied Cherry, and cigar box. The palate has bright raspberry and dried cherry fruit forwardness, with an earthy, tobacco, smooth oak profile on the finish. Drink now or over the next 6-8 years

The Broken Road has aromas of ctirus blossom and mineral notes of wet stone. On the palate there are tropical notes of pineapple and guava, with stone fruit and honey on the finish. Drink now or over the next 2 years

The Dance has notes of green pepper, jalapeno and mint on the nose. The palate has notes of vanilla bean, molasses, toasted seasame seeds, black currants, and bosenberry. Enjoy this wine with a 1 hour decant or lay it down for the next 8-10 years

Notes of black cherry, tobacco, leather, black licorice, and rose hips on the nose are complimented with a flinty, sarsaparilla finish on the palate. Drink now or over the next 5-7 years.

Dark fruit tones of blackberry, mulberry, and cassis provide a dense fruit core. Savory notes of dark chocolate, roasted meats, and French Oak add more length and depth to the wine. A very age worthy wine, it can be enjoyed young with a one hour decant or lay it down for the next 8-10 years.

Notes of dried fruit, black cherry, and cola on the nose compliment the tart red cherry and cocoa on the palate. A hint of American Oak on the finish adds length to a wine that will age gracefully over the next 8-10 years.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of dark chocolate, cola, cedar, and black currants with smooth tannins and a long finish

This Grenache has notes of bright fresh red fruit of raspberry and cherry on the nose. Flavors of strawberry and rhubarb pie on the palate with soft, silky tannins.

This Zinfandel is very dark fruit driven with notes of blackberry and boysenberry. Bold jam notes with a long finish and soft tannins

Instinctual is a Grenache based blend from the limestone soils of west Paso’s Adelaida and Willow Creek districts. The Heaton Vineyard Grenache is very structured with flavors of red cherries and sage. While the Glenrose and Little Wing Vineyards bring fresh raspberries, pomegranate and mouthwatering minerality to the wine. Small amounts of Mourvèdre and Syrah lend earthiness and dark fruit elements. Aged for 20 months in neutral French oak puncheons, this wine can be enjoyed now or over the next 8-10 years.

Bright acidity and red fruit on the nose are accentuated on the mid-palate. Raspberry, currant, and black cherry tones add depth to the wine followed by a dusty mineral finish. Drink now of over the next 6-8 years

The Cabernet Sauvignon provides dark fruit flavors of blackberry and black currants, while the Malbec provides flavors of rhubarb and baking spices. Cabernet Franc provides structure and backbone as well as notes of cedar and sandalwood on the nose. Rich, long, and mouth filling, this wine will age pleasantly for 10-12 years.

The Syrah from Derby is the backbone of this wine, providing the dark fruit notes of blackberry and blueberry along with hints of roasted coffee. The Glenrose Syrah provides freshness and acidity, along with some ripe raspberry and saline flavors from the limestone soils. The Barton brings perfume to the wine with aromas of white pepper and olive tapenade with floral violet notes. Aged in 30% new French oak, this Syrah will require decanting in its youth and will age for the next 10-12 years.

The Sentinelle has aromas of melon and hints of citrus blossom and meringue. Subtle hints of caramel and Bartlet pear on the front of the palate followed by notes of roasted plantains and cashews. Drink now or over the next 2 years.

Bone-dry, fresh, bright fruit notes of strawberries, watermelon, pink grapefruit and citrus blossom. Aged 4 months in stainless steel barrels and aged in tank. Some minerality and nice acidity make this wine perfect on a hot day!

Considered an apertif. It is bittersweet, fortified with grape brandy and aged with botanicals.
