    Deep dark ruby-purple to the edge, with glass staining violet legs. Aromas of sweet black cherry and spicy plum jam. Full-bodied mouth delivers rich, dark cherry and plum flavors, cinnamon spice, followed by crisp bright acidity. The long finish brings hints of toasty oak smokiness. Continues to open with air and gains complexity. Drinks beautifully now with a few minutes in the glass, but will continue to develop over the next 5+ years

Full bodied, high toned, dark plum, anise and cinnamon flavors are framed by bright, crisp acidity and a slight touch of oak on the finish. Opens up beautifully with time in the glass. Will age gracefully for 5-7 years and beyond. Decanting will bring out its bountiful volume now. 110 cases bottled.
