For your Wine Adventure:
  • Paso Robles AVA
    Appellation
    Paso Robles AVA
  • 2013 Blanc De Blancs
  • 2013 Chardonnay
Flavor profile: delicate green apple, Bosc pear and blooming jasmine
  • 2014 Chardonnay
The nose is full of jasmine & gardenia, and the palate - juicy nectarine and grilled pineapple, with lacey minerality and a touch of oak on the finish. Drink mid 2016 through 2019.
  • 2014 Concrete Blonde
Chablis-like characteristics include notes of green apple and jasmine flowers, with a lovely chalky minerality on the finish.
  • 2013 Cuvee
  • 2013 Grenache
The 2013 Grenache is very different from the previous 3 vintages of this bottling. It was a warmer year so the wine is riper – but balanced with acidity and super grippy tannins typical of Grenache. The wine is rounded off with slight toastiness and vanilla from the oak. This wine will age gracefully until 2022 and perhaps beyond. Flavor profile: lavender, strawberry, ripe red cherry
  • 2014 Pinot Noir
This wine was recently bottled and we recommend you hold on to it for 6 months, or decant before drinking. The wine has gorgeous notes of raspberry, cranberry and sage. Drink mid 2016 through 2022.
  • 2014 Reserve Pinot Noir
The “big brother” to the version is aged for 14 months in 4new French oak and is specially selected while in the barrel for its deep complexity, firm tannin and exquisite mouthfeel; and has notes of black cherry, thyme and pink peppercorn. Drink late 2016 through 2024
  • 2014 Stained Pinot Noir
The wine came out extremely elegant and feminine, genuinely characterizing the fruit from our estate. The wine is seemingly delicate at first, with traditional Pinot Noir notes - cranberry, pomegranate, forest floor - with surprising acidity and tannin resulting entirely from the grapes. We strongly recommend laying this wine down until late 2016, and it will age gracefully through 2020 and possibly beyond!
  • 2012 Syrah
This wine is showing exceptionally well right now, mid 2015, and will continue to stay the same for the next several months and age gracefully until 2022. Flavor profile: blackberry; smoked bacon; carmel
  • 2013 Syrah
Aged for 24 months in French Oak (20% new), the 2013 vintage favored our rhones as well, producing a super luscious mouthfeel, with notes of black cherry, vanilla, and violet. Drink mid 2016 through 2023
