Our first vintage in 2006 received 90 points and this one has proved to be just as good. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc produced fully ripe fruit flavors of cherry, blackberry and spice. The small amount of Merlot added to the final blend helps lift the nose and brings a nice wild berry and dark currant flavor to the wine. Aged 28 months in 3new French oak adds great structure and balance with a long lingering finish. This wine will age well for 6-10 yearsPairing Suggestion:

With our Syrah, we are looking to bring out the full spectrum of Syrah fruit and our vines are now five years old. We harvested the fruit at 27 brix and the resulting wine is big, dark and very well structured. This will be a Big-style Syrah with that great Westside balance between fruit and acid.
