This proprietary red blend is a rich, full-bodied wine, expressing the full range of flavors of the Paso Robles Appellation. The Cabernet Franc lifts the nose and brings a nice wild berry and dark currant flavor to the wine. The Zinfandel adds raspberry and spice flavors. Syrah finishes the wine with structure and tannins. This wine shows a great balanced between fruit, oak and tannins and will age well for 6-8 years.Pairing Suggestion:

Dunning EstateOur Estate Meritage is a classic Bordeaux style red blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Our first vintage in 2006 received... Our Estate Meritage is a classic Bordeaux style red blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Our first vintage in 2006 received 90 points and this one has proved to be just as good. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc produced fully ripe fruit flavors of cherry, blackberry and spice. The small amount of Merlot added to the final blend helps lift the nose and brings a nice wild berry and dark currant flavor to the wine. Aged 28 months in 3new French oak adds great structure and balance with a long lingering finish. This wine will age well for 6-10 years. Only 208 cases produced.Pairing Suggestion:
