IMAGINE…Nestled in the high hills on Foxen Canyon Road, Oak Savanna Vineyard has a number of unique Microclimates. Our 2015 “Pearl” Chardonnay exemplifies the cool growing conditions of the vineyard. The wine reflects the terroir through flavors of green apple, pear, and a pleasant citrus note. The aroma is very distinctly Chardonnay! Held in a third year French Oak Barrel for 12 months there is the slightest hint of Oak which is balanced by the natural acidity and partial Malolactic fermentation.
