Its new world styles, particularly in Australia, have demonstrated a much drier and crisper character. Winemaker Mike Brown has followed this style in this Barrel Select Riesling. The fruit was sourced from the Vina De Santa Inez (at the back of the winery). In Aussie tradition, it was kept back one year in the bottle for that classic bottle bouquet.Pairing Suggestion:

Velvety tannins beautifully bridge the wine from beginning to end, culminating in a long finish.
