Young vines tend to be unpredictable, but in this case the fruit shows true varietal character, minerality and great balance. Fruit from the Riverbench Vineyard completes the blend and lends a slightly more ripe, fruit-forward component to the wine. This straw gold wine features aromas of gooseberry and grapefruit with hints of cut grass and fig. Subtle notes of stone fruit and mango are complemented by flinty minerality and a well-rounded mid-palate from aging on the lees.Pairing Suggestion:
